Luis Castillo take the mound for the Reds while the Brewers will start Jhoulys Chacin. Castillo has been one of the better pitchers in all of baseball this season. He’s posted a record of 7-1 with an impressive earned run average of 2.26. His numbers over his last three starts show that he is 2-0 with an even better ERA of 2.00.
Chacin for the Brewers has really had some struggles so far, going 3-8 with an ERA of 5.60. His last three starts have been terrible, as he has gone 0-3 with a 9.49 ERA.
Chacin allows too many walks and too many taters for my liking and Castillo is the polar opposite and has had a fantastic season and possesses a strong 1.11 WHIP
