MLB | Brewers vs Reds
Play on: Brewers -132 at BMaker
1 Unit FREE PLAY on Milwaukee Brewers -132
The Milwaukee Brewers can clinch a wild card with a win tonight. They also have an outside chance to catch the Cardinals in the division as they are 2.5 games back. The Brewers have put themselves in this envious position by going 16-2 in their last 18 games overall. Milwaukee starter Jordan Lyles is 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA in his last three starts while allowing one run or fewer in all three starts. Tyler Mahle is 2-11 with a 5.00 ERA in 23 starts this season for the Reds. Mahle is 0-1 with a 6.59 ERA in his last three starts. Lyles is 1-1 with a 1.69 ERA in his last three starts against the Reds. Give me the Brewers.Comment

MLB | Twins vs Tigers
Play on: Twins -1½ -127 at pinnacle
Jack’s Free Pick Wednesday: Minnesota Twins -1.5 (-127)
The Magic number for the Twins clinching the division is now two. Look for them to handle their business tonight against the lowly Detroit Tigers and win this game by two runs or more. The Tigers have lost six of their last seven and are just 22-57 at home this season.
Randy Dobnak is 1-1 with a 2.70 ERA and 1.275 WHIP in four starts this season for the Twins. He has come up clutch here down the stretch. He has posted a 1.50 ERA in his two road starts this season as well.
Daniel Norris is 1-7 with a 4.62 ERA in 11 home starts this season for the Tigers. He is also 3-13 with a 4.60 ERA in 28 starts overall while averaging just 4.7 innings per start. The Twins are likely to get into the Tigers’ dreadful bullpen early in this one.
The Twins are 42-18 in their last 60 road games. Minnesota is 58-19 in its last 77 games vs. a starter with a WHIP greater than 1.30. The Tigers are 21-70 in their last 91 games overall. Detroit is 13-50 in its last 63 home games. The Tigers are 5-21 in Norris’ last 26 home starts. Detroit is 0-8 in Norris’ last eight starts vs. AL Central opponents. Bet the Twins on the Run Line Wednesday.Comment

1* Free MLB Pick on Philadelphia Phillies +150
Big time value here with the Phillies as a big dog against the Nationals on Wednesday. With Washington's double-header sweep of Philadelphia and the Cubs loss to the Pirates, the Nats secured a playoff spot. I think did a little bit of celebrating last night and come out flat.
It also helps the Nationals don't have one of their top starters on the mound, as they send out Anibal Sanchez. He's got a mere 4.40 ERA and 1.358 WHIP in 14 home starts and is 5-11 with a 4.49 ERA and 1.465 WHIP in 24 career starts against the Nationals.
Drew Smyly goes for the Phillies and he's 16-7 against the money line in his last 23 road starts against a division opponent. Philadelphia has won 5 of his last 6 starts vs a team with a winning record and the Nats are 1-5 in Sanchez's last 6 home starts vs a team with a winning record. Take Philadelphia!Comment

Play on: Pirates +166 at 1BetVegas
10* FREE MLB PICK (Pirates +166)
I'll take my chances with the Pirates on the money line in Wednesday's home matchup with the Cubs. We cashed in on Pittsburgh as a big home dog with our free pick Tuesday. I just thought that 4-game sweep at the hands of the Cardinals was the final straw for the Cubs. If they continue to be priced like this, you have to take your chances with the other side. Chicago's Jon Lester is also not throwing great. He's got a 7.63 ERA and 2.022 WHIP in his last 3 starts. He faced Pittsburgh earlier this month and gave up 7 runs on 11 hits in 5 innings. Give me the Pirates +166!Comment

Dave’s Wednesday Free Play:
1* on Washington Nationals -1.5 (+112)
The Key: The Nationals have clinched a playoff spot, but they can’t afford to rest. They are just one game up on the Nationals for the top wild card and want home-field advantage for that game. The Phillies aren’t offering much resistance. They are just 1-6 in their last 7 games overall and haven’t played well since officially getting eliminated from postseason contention. The Nationals are 5-1 in their last 6 games. Anibal Sanchez is 2-1 with a 2.37 ERA in his last 3 outings. Drew Smyly is 4-6 with a 5.89 ERA in 20 starts this year for the Phillies. The Nationals are 46-22 in their last 68 meetings with the Phillies. Take Washington on the Run Line.Comment

MLB | Orioles vs Blue Jays
Play on: Orioles +156 at 1BetVegas
1* Free Play on Orioles +156
While splitting the first two games of a series with the Blue Jays (64-94), the Orioles (52-106) have scored 21 runs. As the two bottom teams in the AL East get set for Game 3, the Orioles will be aiming for another victory on the road in Toronto.
Although the Orioles have been one of the worst teams in baseball this year, the Blue Jays haven’t been much better. In fact, only a single run separates the season totals for these two clubs.
Baltimore will send out right-hander Garbiel Ynoa (1-9, 5.65 ERA) to start. In his last outing, Ynoa held the Blue Jays to three runs over 6 1/3 innings without giving up a walk. Now, Ynoa looks to build on what was his third-best start of the year.
For the Blue Jays, Jacob Waguespack (4-5, 4.75 ERA) gets the start. In his last outing, the Toronto right-hander tallied six strikeouts while giving up three runs over five innings against the Yankees. Against AL East competition, Waguespack is 2-3 with a 5.88 ERA.
Orioles right fielder Trey Mancini extended his hitting streak to 11 games with a five-hit performance yesterday. Mancini is batting .471 with four homers and 17 RBIs throughout that streak.Comment
