Analysis: Northwestern has covered 4 of the last 5 meetings including last year in a 31-17 win (+3.5). Last week the Wildcats did lose 31-10 to Michigan St as MSU had a 337-265 yard edge but were also +2 in TO’s. Meanwhile, Wisconsin dominated Michigan leading 35-0 in the 3Q and the Badgers had a 359-40 rushing yard edge. The Badgers were +4 in TO’s. Wisconsin RB Jonathan Taylor ran for 203 yards and 2 TD’s despite missing the 2Q with cramps. Northwestern is remarkably 10-8 straight up the last 10 years as a double-digit underdog (13-5 ATS, +10 ppg)! Wisconsin is 3-0 ATS this year with a combined cover of 81.5 points but this spread is way too high. Also note that the Badgers will be down a couple of starters in the secondary to start the game (targeting from Michigan game).
