The Colorado Avalanche are a solid 8-2-2 overall on the season and were a perfect 4-0 at Center before going winless in their last two in front of the home town crowd. The visiting Dallas Stars have won four of their last five, but only one of those triumphs were on the road and they are just 2-5-0 away from home on the season.
Colorado gave up a two-goal lead in the third period to the Florida Panthers and took a 4-3 OT loss on Wednesday while the Stars are coming off an emotional win as they battled back from a three-goal deficit to beat Minnesota 6-3 on Tuesday.

Dallas is 7-3 ATS in its last 10 home meetings with the Lakers. Give me the Mavericks.
