The Flames are on no rest and travele from Columbus to DC today after a 3-0 shutout of the Blue Jackets last night. Talbot will be in net tonight and his counterpart will be Samsonov in place of Holtby. The Caps are HOT and get the Flames in an excellent spot at home and without their top stud goalie who has gotten them their previous 2 Ws on this trip. The Caps started off the season really rough at home losing the first 3 times they played in DC, but since have won all 3 including a whipping of the Sabres where they jumped alllll over them 4-0 in the 1st period. The Flames don't even present as much a challenge as the Sabres did on Friday and the line is oddly similar to the previous 2 home games they've played in the upper -100s but not quite -200 and the final score of those 2 games at home was 11-3
I am not sure why this line has devolved the way it has...but I babysat it accordingly and here are with an amazing price on the regulation time! - Game: (63) Chicago Blackhawks at (64) Anaheim Ducks
