The Mustangs have failed to cover in each of their first three contests and are getting a great price on Monday night. SMU consistently has a tougher strength of schedule and shouldn’t be fazed by Evansville's fluke win over Kentucky last week.

They’ve won all four games this season (2-2 ATS), but I think they’ll be pressed to cover the big number tonight against Texas-San Antonio, which has failed to win or cover a game this season. The backcourt duo of Jhivan Jackson and Keaton Wallace both averaged 20 ppg last season and return. It’s in their guard play that I trust to get the cover Monday.

The Bulls fought the Bucks to the wire in their meeting last Thursday, getting within three in the final 2 minutes before Milwaukee pulled away and won by nine. Milwaukee appears to have matchup issues with Zach LaVine and rookie Coby White, both of whom had monster games. Six Bulls also scored in double figures. The road-strong Bucks have won six of their last seven away from home. They might do so again Monday, but Chicago should have an improved effort coming off its loss to Brooklyn.

Milwaukee is riding a seven-game winning streak against Chicago that includes a nine-point triumph at home on Thursday. The team also is perfect ATS in its last six trips to the Windy City.

The Bucks haven’t been slowed down by Khris Middleton’s thigh injury. He missed both of their last two games - a nine-point win over Chicago and a 19-point victory against Indiana. The Bulls have been an embarrassment of late as their most recent loss was Saturday's six-point setback against Brooklyn, which was without Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Caris LeVert (thumb). This is a big line, but I think the Bucks win going away, so I’ll take them to cover.

Both are good defensively, and while Colorado moves at a much quicker pace than UC-Irvine, neither team attempts a lot of threes. Colorado ranks 255th in the country in percentage of shots that are from three, while UC-Irvine ranks 340th. Good defense and a lack of threes tends to lead to low-scoring games.

Illinois' biggest problem so far this season has been turning the ball over, but with over a week between games, they've spent a lot of time working on that. They'll be better in this game against a Hawaii team that they should dominate in the boards. We should also see some positive regression in Illinois' shooting, as they're a better shooting team than the numbers suggest so far.
