KITTEN'S SHADOW - This horse could be close at the end. She's got a terrific late kick. COOL IRIS - I believe this equine isn't a natural sprinter. Routing is her best game and those last two sprints should have her set for a big run today.

SHARPIN - Difficult to put your money on the win end of any thoroughbred that finishes second and third as frequently as this thoroughbred does. Tough to put your cash on this oft beaten public's top choice. Not much value. MYOSITIS MYSTIQUE - Ran somewhat erratically last time around the track on November 5th at Mahoning Valley Race Cour. TRUEAMERICANBEAUTY - The speed rating last out doesn't fit very well in this race when I look at the class figure of today's event. Mark this racer as a possibly overvalued equine.

I give the nod to RYANEAUX SPOT here. Velez has her trained very well to break promptly out of the starting gate. Reliable average speed figures in dirt route races make this horse a contender. I can't pass on this filly given one of the top jock and trainer combos on the grounds. IMAGINABLE - Ran a sharp last race. Might best this group here, showing solid numbers of late. WHISPERING SPEAKER - Has competitive Equibase Class Figures relative to this group of animals - worth a look. Could best this group of horses in this race based on the speed figure - 87 - of her last race.

He looks quite good in this spot and I expect will be on the lead or close at the halfway point. GONNA' ROCK N ROLL - He ought to be considered given the quite good speed figures. The winning percentage shown by horses entered by Cappellucci running at this distance are the best in this group of horses in this race. SONG OF LAURA - This gelding looks good in this contest since Valdez has a solid win percent with horses going this distance. Should be given consideration - I like the figs from the last contest.

UNTANGLED TRUTH - Looking at today's Equibase class figure, this pony is up against an easier field than last time out at Parx Racing. This gelding is put right back into a race in less than 10 days; this is a positive sign. Trainer, Servis, has been deliberate with this gelding off the layoff. Look for a solid effort today.

RULES - Earned a mediocre speed rating last time out in a $7,500 Claiming race on Oct 12th. Not likely to see an improved performance off of that rating. MY MAN ELVIS - The Brain always warns me to keep away from thoroughbreds in short distance races that haven't hit the board in short distance races recently. In this type of situation, this entrant's inability to close in the last race is a troubling signal. THE CARLBROOK KID - This less than sharp equine hasn't been close at the wire of late.
