Seahawks/Panthers Over 49.5
The Seahawks are the most bet team today, but they will be without Clowney and are missing a few guys on this defense. Carolina is the most basic team in the NFL when it comes to who they use on offense. There is no other team that only uses a handful of players and now that Greg Olsen is out again it makes the list shrink even more. It would seem that with Carolina having a new coach and new offensive coordinator that the Panthers really don’t have a shot in this game, but they can run the football well with Christian McCaffrey. The Seahawks are not good at stopping the run. When you can’t stop the run that leads into cheating to stop it and then you get beat with the pass. Seattle has a lot of talent on this offense and they too can take advantage of a team that can’t stop the run either. Both teams should do enough to make this a high scoring game and I wouldn’t be shocked to see Carolina back their way into a cover. Take the Over.

Chiefs -10 over Broncos
Drew Lock has been impressive in his limited work this year, but now it is on to Arrowhead Stadium in the cold and in the snow. Lock still is a rookie QB and will be facing a pass defense that is a lot better than the Texans Pass Defense from last week. This is a tough building to play in and I can’t get over all of the ankle and knee injuries Denver has on their front seven. Kansas City should be able to control the line of scrimmage and win this game by double digits. I don’t think this will be a 30 point blowout, but if KC gets up early this is just not a Denver team that can get back into a football game. It’s important for Andy Reid to get his team to start fast today. I think we are seeing a little fool’s gold out of the Broncos the last few weeks, but luckily for them they might have struck gold with their future QB being Drew Lock. Take the Chiefs.

Giants -3 over Dolphins
Giants/Dolphins Over 45
The weather in this game calls for high winds which really makes you mad because it is not often you see two secondary’s with so many inexperienced players in them in the NFL. I still have to roll the dice here in this spot. This is the Eli Manning farewell tour. This could be Manning’s last home game in NY so today is his day. He still has a great arm and certainly is good enough to beat this Dolphins Secondary. The Giants have the better running game and being at home in colder weather should be an advantage against Miami today. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a competitor and this Dolphins Offense has not thrown in the towel as they are playing hard. I don’t think it will be enough to win, but they will help our high score. This is a good spot to go side and total. Take the Giants and the Over.

Browns/Cardinals Over 49
The Cardinals are the worst pass defense in the NFL and a lot of guys up front on defense are on IR. This team just dealt the veteran Terrell Suggs so now all you have to do is double or triple team Chandler Jones and you are good to go. Cleveland loves playing bad teams and will put up points against the bottom feeders in the NFL. Arizona has been impressive this year on offense. Kyler Murray has come back down to earth a little bit over the past few weeks, but will also be able to take advantage of a Browns Defense with no pass rushers today. This should be a great battle between the #1 pick in 2018 and the #1 pick in 2019. Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray are the future QB’s in this league and should go toe to toe lighting up the scoreboard. Take the Over.

Cowboys -1 over Rams
The Dallas Cowboys have all the talent in the world, but for some reason have not put it all together. In comes the hot LA Rams who all of a sudden have Todd Gurley playing well again, but there is something that has been overlooked. This Rams Offensive Line is not at full strength and it has no depth. At home you might be able to get away with it, but not on the road. It will be Dallas that uses their excellent offensive line that will be controlling the line of scrimmage. Jared Goff is just not a QB that I trust in big road games. Home field is so crucial in a game like this. Take the Cowboys.Comment
