Sunday NFC East Game Of the Year headlines along with Executive Level TIER 1 and a Triple System Sunday night Play. In hoops we have the NBA Perfect System Total of the Week and an RPI Scale Top play in NCAAB. NFL Comp Play below.

The Sunday NFL Comp Play is on Baltimore at 1:00 eastern. This is a major revenge spot for Baltimore as Cleveland pasted them earlier in the season. Now the Ravens look for Some pay pack. The Ravens are 14-0 ATS on the road off a win after a game in which they had more than 150 rushing yards. When playing a divisional teams like the Ravens are 26-5-1 Ats since 2006 as a road favorite off a home game off a 10+ win when they won their last two on the road. When playing a divisional opponent teams teams like the Browns are 4-26 ATS 2007 as a home dog off a game as a favorite when more than 50 points were scored in their last game. The Browns are 1-17 ATS as a 7+ dog on grass after a game in which they committed at least two turnovers. Cleveland looks to be in the wrong place at the wrong time here as Baltimore looks to serve up revenge. Play on The Ravens, On Sunday we start things off with an Executive Level TIER 1 NFL Exclusive side then later on the NFC East Game of the Year and end things with the Triple System Sunday nighter on NBC. In hoops we have the NBA Total of the Week from an undefeated League Wide system and a Powerful RPI Scale NCAAB Play. See us on facebook to jump on with us. For the NFL Free pick. Play on Baltimore. Patrick Mahomes takes on the team that probably should've taken him No. 2 overall in 2017. Many will make this game about the two QBs in this matchup, but the talk needs to be about the Chiefs defense and how it has improved since the Chargers game. To me, the defense is the X-factor. Chicago will have a hard time moving the ball consistently.

This game is for the NFC East title and a berth in the playoffs. You have to give Cowboys coach Jason Garrett a ton of credit, as he has done a masterful job in coaching against the division. His quarterback, Dak Prescott, also has been stellar within the NFC East. While the Eagles have put together back-to-back valiant efforts against the Giants and Redskins, the truth is that Philly is ridiculously banged up. I can't see the Eagles winning this game. Cowboys cover.

We will get to see a new QB in this game for the Panthers, as rookie Will Grier will get the start. He was taken in the third round of this year's draft. Unfortunately for him, he gets the start against one of the tougher defenses in football. The game will be a bumpy debut for the former West Virginia Mountaineer. The Colts cover.

I like how the Broncos have played under coach Vic Fangio. Outside of the loss to the Chiefs in the blizzard, the Broncos have been solid on both sides of the ball. They face a Lions team that doesn't have any firepower offensively, which consistently puts its defense in disadvantageous situations. Take Denver.

Earlier in the season, the Browns hung 40 points on the Ravens. Cleveland looked poised to turn around its season. Well, that hasn't been the case. Since then, the Browns have been mediocre, and the Ravens have become the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL with a top-five scoring defense to boot. Look for Baltimore to get its revenge against Cleveland.

The Seahawks have been a bad bet at home this season. While they handled Arizona 27-10 on the road, they've yet to win any home game by more than a touchdown. And, they have a massive game with the 49ers on deck. Arizona is 5-1 ATS on the road. The Cardinals can play loose after snapping their six-game skid, and Kenyan Drake's emergence takes the burden off Kyler Murray. Even if the Seahawks get up big, we saw just last Sunday how they leave the back door open. Grab the points.

The Ravens can wrap up the No. 1 seed with a win, plus they had extra rest following their Thursday night bludgeoning of the Jets. And, they have revenge on their minds. With the Browns in disarray, I'll lay the points.

            Hank Goldberg

Legendary handicapper Hammerin' Hank Goldberg joined SportsLine in 2018 and promptly cashed huge for SportsLine members, calling each of Justify's Triple Crown wins. A beloved national treasure, Hammer enjoyed a 17-year ESPN run in which he had only two losing seasons picking NFL games. In 2017 he competed against 10 top handicappers in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's NFL Challenge and beat them all, finishing 50-29-6 (63.2 percent) against the spread. He also destroyed the books in the 2018-19 college basketball season, finishing 35-20 (64 percent) while returning nearly $1,300 to $100 players.

The Cowboys have beaten the Eagles four straight times, and they just ran wild against the Rams. Dallas has two good RBs, which means each has fresh legs. The Eagles have won two in a row, but against who? Washington and the Giants gave them all they can handle. And Philly still has all those injuries. The Eagles don't have the speed to keep up with Dallas. Lay it.

I'm not crazy about Seattle. Last week when the Seahawks lost two defensive players, Carolina came back strong. The Seahawks haven't beaten anyone badly at home. With Kyler Murray and Kenyan Drake, the Cardinals have two guys who can hurt you. This will be a close game.

Philip Rivers has been a turnover machine but he'll play better against the Raiders' horrible defense. On the other side, the Chargers' pass rush will give Oakland a ton of trouble. Lay the points.

Research shows that when two teams that will have losing records on the season play in Week 16, you want to take the points. So I'm going to do that here despite the Lions going to battle with David Blough. Drew Lock took a step back last week in the snow, and the Lions defense is actually getting healthier. That should serve them well against a Denver offensive line that is really banged up. The Broncos defense had been the strength of the team but they've given up 400 yards in three of their last four. I think Denver wins but the final score lands inside the number.

I'm going to keep playing the Bengals, even though they fell apart in the second half last week. That won't happen against a Dolphins defense that's historically bad against the pass. The Bengals have outgained their opponents in three straight games as their rush offense has shined, racking up 343 rushing yards against the Browns and Patriots. The Bengals defense has played well in recent weeks and ranks third in red zone percentage. The Bengals also don't have to worry about damaging their draft status with a two-game buffer for the No. 1 pick, so they can go get this win and pack it in next week.

Here we have two offenses that rank in the bottom three of DVOA, and one defense that ranks in the top three. That means we won't see much scoring at all. The Jets are No. 1 in yards per rush allowed on defense, so it's on Duck Hodges to move the ball through the air on the road, something I don't see happening with regularity. On the other side, the Steelers defense hasn't given up 300 yards in any of their last five games or more than 17 points in any of their last four. This game is tailor made to be a low-scoring affair.

The Giants don't do much well, but one area where they shine is defending the run, where they rank fifth in yards per attempt and eighth in DVOA. That plays well into stopping what Washington wants to do above all else: run the ball. I don't love backing Daniel Jones coming off an injury, but I do love fading Dwayne Haskins after his best-looking game of the season. I also love taking the points in Week 16 in a matchup between two teams that'll finish with a losing record, which has covered 67.5% of the time since 2000.

I'm fading the move off the lookahead line of pick 'em and taking the Titans, who didn't play poorly in their loss to the Texans. An unlucky deflection as they were going in to score plus special teams errors cost them the win, and if they had gotten it, would this line have moved off the lookahead at all? The Titans are racking up yardage and points with Ryan Tannehill at QB, and the Saints are taking a rare trip outdoors, where they are 4-12-1 ATS in December and January since Drew Brees' second season in New Orleans. I think Titans win outright, but I'll take the three points as well.

This certainly feels like a trap, but I just can't get past Philly's injury issues. Yes they won and covered last week, but it took a late rally to get the win and they had no business covering against Washington. The Eagles should be 0-5 ATS in their last five, and with Lane Johnson ruled out again, Carson Wentz is going to have a tough time against this Cowboys front. Dak Prescott avoided a final injury designation despite practicing little this week, and with him playing, I think the Cowboys continue their dominant run inside the division, where they're 12-1 ATS in their last 13 games.

This Seahawks team just isn't built to win games by double digits, having done so just once all year (albeit against this Cardinals team) despite currently owning the No. 1 seed in the NFC. The Cards have shown they can struggle against great defenses, but with Seattle ranked 21st or worse in net yards per pass attempt and net yards per rush, I don't think they qualify. Seattle showed last week that they can't keep the back door closed, and with Arizona scoring at least 26 in four of their six road games, I'm not worried about them stumbling away from home.

Since 2000, when you have two teams that didn't end the year with winning records playing in Week 16, the 'dog crushes to the tune of 67.5% cover rate with a sample size of over 80. That jumps to close to 70% if you take out the matchups with a 1 or 2 point favorite. So I'll play that trend here and fade a Falcons team with a coaching staff who could be on the way out, and it's a great spot to go against them coming off a huge road win against one of the league's best teams. The Jaguars are nothing special but I think they can get in the back door against a bad Atlanta defense if needed.

Oakland’s offense is missing in action. The Raiders have topped out at 21 points in their last five games while scoring twice in single digits and managing 10 points in another. Now OT Trent Brown (ankle, knee) has joined RB Josh Jacobs (shoulder) on the sidelines, which cripples the unit. L.A. has been almost as ineffective as the years seem to have caught up with turnover-prone QB Philip Rivers. With RB Melvin Gordon afflicted by fumbleitis, the Chargers are hamstrung offensively. Take the Under.

Jacksonville did end a five-game straight-up losing streak last Sunday, during which it was outscored by between 17 and 35 points. A closer look indicates that the Jaguars, in beating Oakland, were outgained by more than 100 yards. Atlanta stacked the box against San Francisco last Sunday to shut off the rush and should roll out the strategy again versus the run-minded Jags. The Falcons blow hot and cold but have been as dazzling as anyone in their four post-bye wins. Take Atlanta.

Circumstantial evidence suggests that Cleveland could be among the first teams to pack it in for the season. Several players reportedly want out of Brownstown, and the home team could raise a white flag if Baltimore pounces early. The Ravens are much healthier than Cleveland and will draw incentive from seeking to avenge a loss earlier in the season. A secondary motivation is to possibly clinch the AFC’s No. 1. seed, which would allow the Ravens to rest their regulars in Week 17. Back Baltimore.

A solid defensive team receiving a five-spot at home in primetime is often a winning formula. Not here, though. Kansas City has swept its last four games outright and ATS, with credit going mainly to an overlooked defense. It has yielded fewer than 11 points per game during the streak. QB Patrick Mahomes seems impervious to weather and minor ailments. Chicago is all but kaput in the chase for a playoff berth, and the Bears have covered in just two of their last 10. Chiefs cover.

Two words: Will Grier. The Carolina rookie QB, who has not so much taken a snap, likely will start as the Panthers, losers of six straight, play out the string. Though Indianapolis faces a short week, it should be eager to hit the field quickly and flush its Monday night whipping by the Saints. Colts WR T.Y. Hilton should be back in full swing after being limited Monday while returning from an injury layoff.

Good thing for New Orleans that the commute to Nashville is brief. The Saints must turn things around quickly after a memorable Monday night as QB Drew Brees set career records with a game for the ages. A drop-off from their gem against Indy is probable. Tennessee nearly recovered from a slow start on Sunday, falling just short to Houston. Titans QB Ryan Tannehill is no Brees but was blazing since replacing Marcus Mariota until the last outing. Take the Titans.
