SUGAR BOWL -- The Bulldogs will have a skeleton roster, but quarterback Jake Fromm and running back D'Andre Swift will still be on the bayou with chips on their shoulders. Baylor, like Texas last year, will pull out all of the stops to make a statement for the beleaguered Big 12 against one of the SEC's best teams. Expect both teams to get creative offensively and blaze past the total.

Minnesota's Tanner Morgan will have enough success to keep the Golden Gophers in it to the bitter end, and Tigers quarterback Bo Nix will make some poor decisions against a good secondary. The Tigers will win, but it'll be close.

CITRUS BOWL -- There's a train of thought out there that this will be one of those games that features an un-motivated SEC team that really doesn't want to be there. I don't think that's the case. The buzz out of Tuscaloosa is that there are a lot of players on the roster who aren't only excited about playing the Wolverines, but are planning to come back instead of jumping to the NFL. Crimson Tide quarterback Mac Jones will have a field day against a Michigan defense that won't be up for the challenge.

On top of that, I expect the bowl practices to help this wide receiving corps become comfortable within the offense. I'll take the Bulldogs to cover in an ugly, low-scoring affair.

ROSE BOWL -- The Ducks have the edge at QB and think Justin Herbert will have a great game. He could be only the third QB in the last 100 years to lead the Ducks to a Rose Bowl win. The Ducks are pretty stout defensively, ranking 12th in the nation against the run in allowing just over 108 yards per game. They are sure to have their hands full with Wisconsin standout Jonathan Taylor. But the Badgers have dropped five straight ATS as a favorite. Take Oregon.
