These teams played once already and the Cavaliers won a really low-scoring game 48-34, which was the lowest point total ever in the Jim Boeheim era. This will be another low-scoring game, maybe not as low as the first meeting, but the winner will be the first one to 50. The Cavs' defense is one of the toughest in the nation and their offense has been horrible, they will struggle here against the Syracuse defense.

This is a fantastic matchup and although I have a slight lean towards Texas Tech, the better play is on the total. These teams are really good, especially defensively. They like to play physical, they are tough and there will be no easy shots. Both teams allow just over 60 points per game. The Under is 11-3 on the season for WV.

These teams match up well against one another and are mirror images in many respects. This game has all the makings for a low-scoring game and I think the winner will be the first one to 60 points. Both these offenses have struggled shooting the rock with consistency and both like to try to control the tempo and use a lot of clock. Both teams have struggled on the free-throw line and from beyond the arc.

San Francisco gets back three key defensive starters this week: end Dee Ford, linebacker Kwon Alexander and strong safety Jaquiski Tartt. The 49ers allowed just 12.7 points per game their first eight games and 26.2 their last eight. On offense, quarterback Jimmy Garappolo had a great year despite a few too many interceptions. He completed 69.1 percent of his passes for 8.4 yards per pass and 27 touchdowns. I have the 49ers rated higher than Minnesota on offense, defense and special teams. Take the 49ers.

All the Ravens have done is win 12 straight games, cover eight of their last nine games and outscored their opponents by 15.6 points per game. That is the third best differential over the past 25 years. Meanwhile Tennessee's offensive line is the worst in the NFL at protecting its quarterbacks. The bottom line is that if Baltimore can stop the Titans from running the football, Tennessee's passing game will suffer. I'll bet on the Ravens' ability to do that.

Bob Huggins' team is the real deal with four different players who can play point guard, giving the Mountaineers great versatility with their pressure defense. That defense ranks third in the country in efficiency. I really don't understand this line as West Virginia has been the better team with only two losses, one at St. John's by two and the other at Kansas in a game the Mountaineers led most of the way. So I'm taking the better team, at home with revenge on its mind from last year. Take West Virginia.

Keith Drambot has one heck of a team in Duquesne. The Dukes are fourth in the country in 2-point shooting, seventh in free throw percentage and boast a top 40 team in scoring defense. Meanwhile George Washington is 6-9 with its best win against a very average Delaware team. Duquesne is the best team George Washington has played this year. Take the Dukes.

These are two very surprising teams that are looking to get back to the NCAA tournament after long droughts. The Illini are coming off a one-point road win at Wisconsin and a dominating win versus Purdue in the game before that. I think hitting this high should lead to a big letdown against Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights are 12-3 but not getting the respect they deserve. They have the 19th best defense in the country in terms of efficiency. I'll take the team with the better defense getting the points.

Both teams love to push the pace, and both offenses rank in the top 40 in efficiency. The only two times Marquette faced a team that plays at a pace comparable to Seton Hall's, the Golden Eagles lost 92-75 at Creighton and beat USC on a neutral court 101-79. Seton Hall's last three games have totaled 154, 140 and 140. Take the Over.
