4-Unit Play. Take #624 Drexel (-6) over James Madison (7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6)
James Madison was finally able to snap a seven-game SU and ATS losing streak. They beat UNC-Wilmington 83-66 their last time out and that was one of their best games of the season. Wilmington is the only team that JMU has beaten in its last 11 games, beating the Seahawks twice against nine losses. Drexel beat James Madison on the road in the first meeting, 78-71. I think they can do the same here at home. The Dukes are just 7-20 ATS in their last 27 games as an underdog and 0-4 ATS in their last four road games. Drexel is 10-4 ATS as a home favorite and 11-5 ATS as a favorite. Take the Dragons.
3-Unit Play. Take #662 Arizona (-10) over USC (9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6)
Arizona is coming off back-to-back SU and ATS road win over Washington and Washington State. Now they are back home and I see another blowout. Their last three home games have all been blowouts by an average of 22 points. USC is coming off a 21-point home blowout loss to Colorado. They have not been a strong road team and I think that they will continue to struggle here. The favorite is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in this series and the home team is 5-0 ATS. Lay the points.
