    UNDER 210.5
    NEW YORK @ PHILADELPHIA | 2/27 | 7:00 PM EST
    12:59 PM
This has been a huge Under spot for the Knicks, as they have nine straight Unders as a dog of less than 15 points when they are off a loss and they are seeking same-season revenge for a home loss. It is not the 0-9 O/U record that is impressive, it is the fact that they went Under by 46 points, 40.5 points and 34.0 points in their last three in this spot and all three are from this season. We are on the Under.

        MONTANA -2.5
        MONTANA @ N. ARIZONA | 2/27 | 8:00 PM EST
        12:22 PM
Montana has a slim one-game lead in the Big Sky Conference with four games to go. The Grizzlies have gone 13-3 in conference play while being led by senior G Sayeed Pridgett, who averages 19 points and shoots 50 percent from the field. Montana, which beat Northern Arizona, 79-72, at home in December, is on a roll as it has won and covered its last six games. The Grizzlies are the play.

The College of Charleston has won and covered its last five meetings with Delaware, including a 75-63 road victory in December. But the Cougars are in the midst of a four-game losing streak which started with a home loss to Elon when they were 12.5-point favorites. The Blue Hens have lost two of their last three, but they were against the only teams above them in the CAA standings. Nate Darling (21 points) leads the way to a Delaware win.

UC Irvine -11.5 over Cal Poly
The Anteaters look to wrap up the #1 seed heading into the Big West Tournament. This is a first place team that is peaking that is playing against a last place team that struggles to score. First year head coach John Smith is going to need a few seasons to get this Cal Poly team to a competitive level. UC Irvine is a talented team that is capable of pulling another first year upset in the NCAA Tournament. This is a high spread but over the course of 40 minutes the better team should pull away. Take UC Irvine.

            COLORADO @ CALIFORNIA | 2/27 | 9:00 PM EST
            4:22 PM
Colorado has gone Under in four straight and seven of its last nine road games. The Buffs' defense ranks 19th in the country, their pace ranks 225th and they score 7.5 fewer points per game on the road. Meanwhile Cal plays at a snail's pace, ranking 324th in pace, 214th in offensive efficiency and 140th in defensive efficiency. Cal averages just 59.3 points a game in Pac-12 games. Take the Under.

            4:17 PM
Eastern Illinois is coming off back-to-back home upsets of top seeds Austin Peay and Murray State. Meanwhile Southeast Missouri State is playing its final home game, having won three of its last four at home while covering the spread in five of its last seven. I think we get a great effort out of the Redhawks and a letdown effort from Eastern Illinois.

North Texas averages 11.6 fewer points per game away than at home. Florida international is 6-1 to the Under their last seven games because they have slowed down the frenetic pace they were playing earlier this year. The Panthers averaged close to 80 possessions a game in November and December but are averaging 70 in their last five. Their combined scores have been 125 or fewer in three of their last four.

The Over is 5-0 in Drexel's last five games, but the Under was 13-8 in its first 21. The Under is 6-0 in NC Wilmington's last six after going 10-10 in its first 20. Both teams have had bad seasons and only have the conference tournament to look forward to, with the possibility of meeting in the first round. Offensively, Drexel is eighth and NC Wilmington 10th in conference play, while they are ranked seventh and fifth, respectively, in defense.

The Lightning were on a franchise-record 11-game win streak before losing a season-high three straight. The LgThe Blackhawks are struggling themselves, having dropped four of five and are just 2-7-2 in their last 11 games. They also have dropped four straight in Tampa and eight straight overall against the Lightning. Tampa Bay goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy is 4-0 with a .945 save percentage in his career against Chicago and owns a league-high 32 wins. Lightning puck line (+107) is the play.

Meanwhile the Wings continue to sink, dropping 17 of their last 20. The Wild have recorded at least a point in 11 of their last 15 games against Detroit and won the only meeting this season, 4-2. They also have won seven of their last nine Thursday games. The Wings rank last in the NHL in both goals (1.98) and goals against (3.74) per game. Wild puck line (+122) is the play.

UIC’s raised level of play has featured wins in five of its last seven games. On Thursday, the Flames face a Detroit team that ranks as one of the worst in Division I with a 7-22 record. This marks the Titans' second opportunity all year to win consecutive games. Oddly enough, their first win streak came by defeating Illinois-Chicago 70-69 on Jan. 25. Take the points.

Colorado has distanced itself somewhat from a reputation of good at home, bad on the road. Still, the Buffaloes are just 4-4 straight-up and ATS at lower altitudes than the one in Boulder. All but one of Cal’s 11 outright wins have happened at home, where the Golden Bears are on a 6-1 ATS roll. The Buffaloes have shown some slippage since soaring toward the top of the Pac-12, having gone 1-5 ATS in their last half-dozen outings.

The Pacers may have snapped the six-game losing streak that nearly took them into the All-Star break, but its root causes are still alive. Although he's missed the past two games, Victor Oladipo is still struggling offensively and, with Jeremy Lamb out for the year, the Pacers can't afford to be patient with him. Prior to Tuesday's explosion, the Pacers had shot only 30.5 percent on 3-pointers since Oladipo's return, which is ranked 29th in that time span. With C.J. McCollum averaging 32 points on over 45 percent shooting from behind the arc since the All-Star break, that mathematical disadvantage makes a double-digit spread impossible to swallow.
