Both these teams ran at a serious pace in the first game of this series and I can't imagine it will be a TON different....than the nearly 80 points they combined for in the 1st quarter of game 1. The Nuggets will be more refreshed and ready to go tonight...but they can also score at will from all over the place and with Jokic passing from the post is crazy dangerous with Murray and Harris and Grant and Porter and Morris and Craig on the wings....hell even Millsap is chucking from deep a ton nowadays! 20 points less than what we saw in game 1?

Lamet v. Dunn (listed)
Bill Miller behind the plate, "at home" in Petco, but the M's get the last AB...and Bill Miller who has not had a game of his go Under in the last 6 in this spot...as well as a different trend of him umpiring Mariner games...where they are 0-6 the last 6 times....which means we should have (at least) all 18 ABs in this game...and a total Under 9 for the Dads at home "on the road" is some amazing stuff....with Dunn coming from the right side and with an xFIP of 6.35 near the bottom of the league....an UNREAL BABIP of .180, which can't hold up against a 9 man lineup who has been raking RHP....and a starter for the M's that walks nearly as many as he Ks. Half the contact made off Dunn has been of the fly ball variety, and he is only allowing 15% soft contact. The wind isn't blowing out but it is blowing decently to right field. Dunn only throws a plus fastball, with his slider, curve, and change all with solidly negative value despite making up 50% of his pitch type arsenal!
Lamet has a REAL BITCH of a slide piece, and ranks as the most valuable pitch in all of baseball to this point, and he is dominant early in games as well...but he isn't UNHITTABLE by any stretch...and while this bet is largely about the Dads likely getting on the board early and often, but value in the less than 9 total is due also in part to Lamet not needing to really pitch a ton of this contest in all likelihood or one wouldn't think...but also against an M's offense that has hit the slider pretty decent over the past 7 days...in fact Torrens, Lopes, Moore, White, and Seager have all had positive value against the pitch!
