I've got to go with VARDA and could score at a price in here. Exhibits the look of a profitable play, averaging a solid 92 speed fig which is one of the most respectable in this field. This trainer has the most respectable ROI in this field with entries racing at this distance and surface. Always good to invest in a trainer with this kind of strong win percentage - 33 percent - at this distance & surface. PRINCESS NOOR - Is tough not to look at based on Equibase speed figs which have been strong - 90 avg - of late. The average Equibase class figure of 90 makes this one hard to beat. MISS COSTA RICA - Ran a strong last race. Baltas and Prat have won 27 percent of their races giving this equine a solid chance.

Always good to invest in a conditioner with this kind of decent win percentage - 26 percent - at this distance & surface. LOTTA BLUE CHROME - Has quite good front speed and will probably fare admirably against this group. Is hard not to consider based on Equibase Speed Figures which have been respectable - 73 avg - of late. IN DEEP THOUGHT - Overall, this conditioner has been profitable at this distance/surface. The speed rating of 78 from her most recent race looks solid in here.

BECOMING MACHEN - This jockey and handler's horses have been generating a profitable ROI. Adams drops her down to this class level. You don't need too much more from the horse's history to believe this horse has a shot at this level. This racer is at the top of my list of contenders. Her pace, along with a favorable post on this bullring of a track, should take her far in this one.

PAINT IT GREEN - Lower level horses have a difficult time coming back after two rigorous stretch runs. Doubtful that the speed rating she earned on Sep 5th will be enough in this affair. BOCA BIRDIE - Tough to put any cash on this mare on the win end. Likes to hit the board though. ELLIE BEAR - In the last event this mount finished third. Doesn't bode well for her chances today. Hard to put your cash on the win end of any racer that finishes second and third as regularly as this one does.

TIN BADGE - This is a classic 'Lone Front-runner' scenario. If Corbett gets him out of the gate cleanly it'll likely be smooth sailing. All systems look good for this gelding. Last prep, 2nd fastest of the day, shows he's fit and ready. Have to make this gelding a win candidate; he comes off a sharp outing on Sep 16th. MINECRAFT MANIAC - Have to make this gelding a solid contender; he comes off a strong contest on Aug 29th. Looks like this horse really likes the distance. No reason to believe he can't add another 'W' to the victory column in this race. This horse loves the track here at Prairie Meadows. NET GAIN - A thoroughbred coming back this quickly after a nice race is a good sign.

KAUAI - Tough to like the downward flow (94/88/79) of speed figs. DOMIKATE - No pace in this event to help this sustainer's hopes. I cannot play this continual non-winner. Gets the assignment executed from time to time. This gelding just doesn't seem to like the number 1 post. His running lines show that he doesn't fare well from there.
