Spencer vs. Spencer -- Spencer Sanders against Spencer Rattler, the 5-star, Elite 11 QB that has really just started to play his best football. Oklahoma has scored 50+ in three of its last four games. Oklahoma State was without Sanders for basically four games after losing him in the first quarter of Week 1. Sanders has been back for the last three games and gives the Cowboys their best chance in upsetting the Sooners. Look for a lot of points in this Bedlam matchup.

The Trojans are 2-0, however they are 0-2 ATS, and trailed in the fourth quarter in both games. But here's why am I playing USC: Utah is the last team in the entire country to play a game. The Trojans have a big advantage, plus I'm not really worried about them winning by two touchdowns, basically just win the game. USC QB Kedon Slovis continues to get better with a completion percentage of 71 percent so far. I'm expecting Jake Bentley, a transfer from South Carolina, to take over as the starting QB for Utah.

Southern Miss QB Jack Abraham has entered the transfer portal. Trey Lowe III is now the starting quarterback and the drop off was six points. Lowe has thrown 40 passes, completed 23 for just 5.6 yards per pass and zero touchdowns. Southern Miss has slowed the pace to a crawl and has gone to the ground game at a 70 percent rate. Its last three games the total points scored have been 36, 37 and 17. Before last week, UTSA had gone Under in five straight games and its defense has allowed 28 or fewer in six straight games. including BYU (27), Louisiana Tech (26) and Florida Atlantic (24).

It is hard to tell where the Penn State football team is mentally right now with new allegations against head coach James Franklin, a 0-4 start (0-4 ATS as well) and now a QB controversy. Returning starter Sean Clifford has been bad the past two games and redshirt sophomore Will Levis almost led the team back against Nebraska last week. After a 0-2 start, Iowa has beaten Michigan State 49-7 and Minnesota 35-7. Iowa has revenge on its mind from a 17-12 loss at the hands of the Nittany Lions last year in Iowa City.
