Seattle gets the benefit of having max prep time as they played on Thursday last week. Philadelphia has struggled to score points as they have been held to 17 points in back to back games and have played to 4 straight Unders. Seattle had lost 3 out of 4 before winning on Thursday over Arizona. In those 3 losses Seattle had 10 TO’s. The Seattle defense was getting gashed most of the season but over the last 4 games The Seattle defense has been shutting down the run. Seattle has the #4 defense at stopping the run allowing just 3.6 YPP. Seattle still has one of the worst defenses against the pass as they are ranked 28th but fortunately for them Philadelphia has the 31st ranked passing offense as only the Jets are worse. Russell Wilson has never lost to Philadelphia as he is 5-0 SU and after tonight it will be 6-0. SEATTLE. 30-21. TAKE SEATTLE as my MNF BEST BET.

4% (884) SETON HALL -12 1st HALF WAGER Going to make a first half wager here rather than a full game wager and here’s why. This game is a mismatch. Yes I know Rick Pitino has taken over as Head Coach of Iona. Iona is in a rebuild mode and due to COVID issues this team hasn’t been able to get the number of practices that they would normally of had and when you are rebuilding and learning a new coaches system that is a major disadvantage. If that wasn’t bad enough Seton Hall already got to play a game so they have another added edge. The reason I’m not playing Seton Hall full game is laying 20 points and Pitino being a big name Seton Hall coach Kevin Willard could empty his bench in the second half not to embarrass Pitino. I think they go into the Half with a 18-21 point lead. TAKE SETON HALL as my 4% MONDAY MASSACRE.
Carson Wentz leads the league in three dubious categories. He has thrown the most interceptions (14), been sacked the most (40 times) and fumbled the most (nine). He is missing his #1 receiver in Zach Ertz and is facing either the MVP or runner-up in Russell Wilson. You tell me how you can make a case for Philadelphia? I can?t. For the last month Philly has played nobody but the NFC East (least) or Cleveland. Now they face a team from easily the best division in football, the NFC West. Seattle is 8-1 against Philly beating them twice last year including in the playoffs. In those games the Eagles scored one touchdown in eight quarters. The Eagles have allowed 131 or more rushing yards in six consecutive games. The Seahawks welcome back RB Chris Carson and their secondary is much-improved with the return of corner Shaquill Griffin. The Eagles are without guard Brandon Brooks and tackle Lane Johnson. Plus tackle Jason Peters is questionable after leaving the last game. The Seahawks also have more time to prepare having been off since November 19th when they beat Arizona 28-21. Defensive end Carlos Dunlap is already making a difference on the Seattle D-line. I?ve talked about how dominating this team potentially could be if they get healthy and the return of Griffin should help. With the Rams getting beat for a 2nd time this year by the 49ers yesterday, this becomes a big game for the Seahawks. I just don?t see the Philly secondary having enough speed to stay with Seattle?s fast receivers in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Carlos Hyde is a decent back-up for Chris Carson, who is one of the most punishing running backs in the league. The Eagles just haven?t shown me enough on either side of the ball. They allowed 27 points to the Giants recently. In their 23-9 win over Dallas recently, Philly had four turnovers and could only must 222 total yards against the Cowboy defense? That?s hard to fathom after watching Alex Smith abuse them on Thanksgiving Day. I know Russell Wilson has also been a turnover machine lately but I like his prospects of turning that around over Wentz and especially with 11 days to prepare and dwell on it. After watching 3rd-string QB Mike Glennon (now 1-10 as a starter) pass for 200-plus with two touchdowns against Cleveland, I?m wondering how Wentz could only produce 17-points on the Browns last week with three more turnovers and just 315 total yards (209 passing)? Seattle is 16-3 ATS against the NFC East including 7-0 SU and ATS recently. The Eagles are #32 and dead last in protecting the QB and the pass rush is something Seattle has been trying to improve upon the last six weeks. The Seahawks are #4 against the run while Philly allows 5.0 a carry. Sure the Seattle defense is bad against the pass but can you actually see Wentz taking advantage of it? I can?t. The Browns had five sacks last week on Wentz and played without Myles Garrett. The timing seems absolutely perfect tonight for a big Seattle win. The Eagles haven?t played anybody of this caliber for a while. Their O-line is crippled behind a mistake-prone QB. Don?t underestimate the return of Carson. Seattle loves to play smash-mouth football and that was an indication last week with 165-rushing yards versus Arizona. ?Man, I wish you guys could see Chris right now,? Coach Pete Carroll said as he stared off toward the field at Carson before even taking any questions in his Friday press conference. ?He?s killing it!?Carroll said that he expects Carson, center Ethan Pocic and cornerback Shaquill Griffin to play in Week 12?s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. For what it?s worth Seattle is 9-0-2 ATS since 10/14/2018 following a home game in which Tyler Lockett scored a touchdown. I love Seattle tonight and this was easily my favorite play of the weekend. 5* Seattle -6 1/2. I personally got -6 at
