I will take the near double-digits with Tulsa on the road against Memphis. While the Golden Hurricanes come in with a 2-3 record, their 3 losses have all come to teams ranked in the Top 100 at KenPom in TCU, South Carolina and Wichita State. They only lost by 5 to TCU and by just 4 to the Shockers.
Memphis is the big name in the American, but it often has them overvalued by the books. Just look at the Tigers record so far this season. Memphis is 5-3 SU and just 1-6 ATS in line games. They have failed to cover 4 straight, including their conference opener at Tulane as a similarly priced 10.5-point favorite.
Last time out Tulsa won and covered as a 15-point favorite in a 82-55 win over Northwestern State. That's worth noting, as Memphis is 8-1 in their last 9 road games off a cover as a double-digit favorite. GIve me the Golden Hurricane +9.5!

The Under here is worthy of a move. Cincinnati is going to have plenty of issues trying to score. Look for Pittsburgh to keep the clock running and moving the chains, as they love to control the tempo. Cincinnati has lost all their firepower with Burrow out and this will not be a defense they find success against.

Monday NFL Free play. My selection is on the 'under' between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati at 8:15 pm et on Monday.
I'm not anticipating a great deal of offensive fireworks in this AFC North showdown on Monday night. The Steelers should obviously have their way with the Bengals very beatable defense in this one but whether we see them keep their foot on the gas for four quarters remains to be seen. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati offense is unlikely to generate much offense at all with third-string QB Ryan Finley taking over the offense for an ineffective Brandon Allen. Note that Cincinnati's offensive line has been a tremendous disaster this season with only one team giving up more sacks. The Bengals season essentially went down the drain when QB Joe Burrow was lost for the season and they've shown very few signs of life since. We can expect them to play hard in this rare opportunity to perform in front of a national audience but they'll simply be looking to keep things respectable. This is a low total by today's NFL standards, but it's warranted in my opinion. Take the under (8*).

Murray State (4-2) has won three of their last four games with their 90-49 win against Transylvania last Tuesday. The Under is 12-3-1 in the Racers’ last 16 games after a straight-up win. The Under is also 6-1-1 in their last 8 games on the road. Austin Peay (4-3) has lost two of their last three contests with their 76-70 loss to Florida A&M as a 13-point favorite last Tuesday. The Governors have then played 11 of their last 12 games Under the Total after a point spread loss. Now they are catching 11 points here from Boise State. It's a solid Broncos team that is off to a 3-1 start with a win over BYU. But they did lose by 10 to Houston and only beat a bad Weber State team by 11. I think New Mexico can hang within single-digits here tonight. They did lose by 13 the last time they played at Boise State, but the previous three head to head meetings were all decided by two points or less. Neither team has been favored by more than 10 points in any of the previous 10 meetings. The Lobos have covered in five straight overall, and they have given plenty of reason to expect them to at least compete in the conference this season after finishing with just one fewer win overall than Boise State last season.
