          FEATURED PICK

          CLEVELAND @ PITTSBURGH | 01/10 | 8:15 PM EST
          PITTSBURGH -6
ANALYSIS: Hope you were able to hop on this one early. Even with the move I'd still lay it up to -7. The Browns are in an awful spot, coming off a week of limited practice and facing another one in the biggest game of the year where they know they won't have their excellent head coach on the sideline. On the other side, the Steelers were finally able to rest some key players, and the offense they did run on the field put up its best yardage total since Week 2 despite starting a backup QB. That makes me think they've carried over some of the offensive success from the second half of the Colts game and can build up an insurmountable lead here.

          CHICAGO @ NEW ORLEANS | 01/10 | 4:40 PM EST
          CHICAGO +10.5
ANALYSIS: This is a humongous spread for a Saints team that hasn't looked at its peak over the final stretch of the season, and better versions of this team has had trouble winning by large margins in the playoffs. In fact, not only have the Saints failed to cover in all three playoff games over the last two years, but they haven't won a single playoff matchup by more than six points since the 2011 season. Their defense has been shaky in recent weeks, so as long as Mitchell Trubisky can avoid a pickfest like we saw in last week's Carolina game, I like the Bears to keep it within the number or possibly backdoor a cover late.

          BALTIMORE @ TENNESSEE | 01/10 | 1:05 PM EST
          BALTIMORE -3
ANALYSIS: The Titans ran all over the Ravens in their last two meetings, including once last January in an upset bid, yet find themselves home 'dogs in their latest matchup. What gives? Baltimore didn't have key defenders on their D-line in the earlier meeting this year and had a COVID outbreak coming out of that game; I think they played at far less than 100 percent up and down the roster. They've been on fire since getting healthy, and Lamar Jackson and Co. should carve up a Titans defense that's far inferior to last year's unit. The Titans have a great offense that can keep this close, but once we only have to lay 3, I love the Ravens in this revenge spot.

            CHICAGO @ NEW ORLEANS | 01/10 | 4:40 PM EST
            CHICAGO +10.5
ANALYSIS: Alvin Kamara is back, but there's no guarantee he'll be his usual self right away after testing positive for COVID-19. The Bears' offense was rolling until last week, and even then they still outgained the Packers, had four more first downs and dominated time of possession. They can score enough to stay within this massive number. New Orleans is 0-5 ATS in its last five as a playoff favorite, including 0-4 ATS at home.

                CLEVELAND @ PITTSBURGH | 01/10 | 8:15 PM EST
                UNDER 47.5
ANALYSIS: This is the third meeting, but more importantly, these teams are playing back-to-back weeks. This is an advantage for the defenses. Cleveland will be missing head coach Kevin Stefanski, which means inexperienced player caller Alex Van Pelt takes over. The Browns must establish their running games against the Steelers' No.1 defense. The Pittsburgh offense ranks 22nd in DVOA and 30th in rushing.

                TENNESSEE +3
ANALYSIS: I don't use revenge in playoff games because there is no tomorrow. Tennessee beat Baltimore in the playoffs last year and during the regular season in 2020. Lamar Jackson has had an average year after his MVP season. Tennessee's defense ranks 29th in DVOA, but I have the Titans 20th -- nothing great, but slightly below average. It is the Titans offense, especially Derrick Henry, that has me betting on the Titans. Ravens average score versus playoff teams is 25.5 - 26.75, while Tennessee outscored its seven opponents 28.9 - 28.1.

                  CHICAGO @ NEW ORLEANS | 01/10 | 4:40 PM EST
                  OVER 47.5
ANALYSIS: The resurrection of QB Mitch Trubisky has kickstarted the Bears offense. In six games since he was restored to the lineup, half have wound up in the 60s and two more have finished above this figure. All five reached Over. The Saints topped the total in six of eight home games. Running back Alvin Kamara is back after a one-game absence. His previous two outings produced games of 61 and 85 points. Receiver Michael Thomas, limited to seven games this year, also returns. There is no better RB/WR tandem. Chicago’s secondary continues without its normal starting corners, and linebacker Roquan Smith has been ruled out.

                          PITTSBURGH -6
ANALYSIS: The Browns had a terrific season and making the playoffs for the first time in years is a major accomplishment, but winning at Pittsburgh without their head coach and several players is a tough task. Cleveland has dropped 17 straight meetings at Heinz Field. The Steelers have struggled down the stretch, dropping four of their last five, and are vulnerable. But after having almost defeated the Browns with its backups in Week 17, Pittsburgh is a tough matchup. This spread opened at -3.5 and has risen to -6 due to the circumstances surrounding the Browns, and it could even be higher by game time. Look for the Steelers to play like the team that started the season 11-0.

                          CHICAGO +10.5
ANALYSIS: The Bears are being overlooked here, but think they'll give the Saints all they can handle - and then some. New Orleams looks like it's catching a huge break with RB Alvin Kamara (COVID-19) and WR Michael Thomas (ankle) returning. Chicago's offense struggled all season and figures to have a tough matchup against the Saints' top ranked defense. But QB Mitchell Trubisky has played well since returning as the starter and will make plays. New Orleans has won six straight meetings but needed overtime to win at Chicago in November. The Bears are going to have to play their best defensively and create turnovers to have any chance at winning outright. The Saints are 0-5 ATS in their last five playoff games as favorites.

                          OVER 54.5
ANALYSIS: I think points are going to be plentiful in this one. The Titans are averaging just over 30 per game, while the Ravens are scoring just under that amount. Baltimore is the top rushing team in the NFL, with Tennessee ranking second. The Ravens are riding a five-game winning streak during which they have averaged 37 points. Baltimore QB Lamar Jackson has struggled throwing the ball, but he sure can make some plays with his legs. Counterpart Ryan Tannehill tossed 37 TD passes this season and will find holes in this Ravens' defense. The Over was 12-3-1 for the Titans on the season.
