Xavier Musketeers -1 over Butler
OK, here is the deal. I am well aware that Xavier has not played since January 10th and that is why this line is what it is because Xavier is way more talented than Butler and should be a bigger favorite.
Might the Musketeers start slowly? If I am being honest, they might. But here is why that does not worry me. Butler does not possess the offensive talent to run away from Xavier. Even if they struggle for say the first 10 minutes of the game, while they are getting their legs under them, I do not see Butler getting a big enough lead to really be a bother. Might it be 16-12, sure.
But once Xavier settles in, that will be the end of that because as I said, their talent level is that much better than Butler. And God forbid Xavier starts fast then its truly good night and theyll win by 20.
That said, I expect a close first half and then the better team will pull away in the 2nd half and that better team is Xavier. Getting them at this price is gold if you ask me so lets slam the gameComment
