CHIPS AND SALSA - You'll be making money left and right by turning your gambling cash onto this rider/conditioner combination. Faced tougher in the last race at Gulfstream Park. Based on Equibase class ratings, this is a weaker field, so I will put this animal on my list of contenders in this race. KAREN'S WAY - Have to give this filly a good chance. Ran a good race last out within the last month. Horse has improved at least 2 Equibase speed figure points in last two races. I look for that trend to continue in this race. BAHAMIAN BEAUTY - You'll be generating money left and right by turning your racing money onto this rider/trainer combination. It looks like Lebron had to know this filly on April 4th when riding her for the initial time. Back on board again today. I look for an improvement right here in this race with the addition of Lasix for the second time. I like to bet on this handicapping theory, a thoroughbred coming back off a sharp race within the last month. T. WALTZ - Taking a big drop in class figure points from her March 25th race at Gulfstream Park. Based on that data point, I will give this horse the edge.

Is hard not to consider based on speed figures which have been decent - 80 avg - of late. CEANT - Ought to be considered - I like the numbers from the last affair. Has a solid shot for this race if you like back class. COALITION BUILDING - Boasts strong speed figures on average overall when compared with the rest of this field. The speed rating of 84 from her most recent affair looks very good in here.

ROUGE SUNSET - A horse coming back this promptly after a nice outing is a good sign. Faced tougher in the last race at Turf Paradise. Based on Equibase class figures, this is a weaker group, so I will put this horse on my list of top contenders. Look for this one to go all the way to the winner's circle at some pretty good odds in today's race. Ran fourth in last race, but not more than 5 from the lead at the finish line. A repeat of that last performance on April 1st where he registered a speed rating of 56 looks high enough to score in this race.

Vulnerable Contenders: #8 CASEY'S DADDY (ML=2/1), #6 RENEGADE CHIEF (ML=5/2), #1 UNCONSCIOUS POWER (ML=6/1),

CASEY'S DADDY - Would have to get more than the oddsmaker's morning line of 2/1 to wager on this horse. RENEGADE CHIEF - 5/2 is not offering enough value for any horse in a sprint of 5 furlongs that hasn't finished in the money in a sprint race of late. This horse hasn't shown much life in the last couple contests. UNCONSCIOUS POWER - A bit of a less than stellar try when this gelding finished sixth. This gelding registered a fig in his last race which likely isn't good enough in today's race.
