Arlington - Race #5

#4 Beyond Proper	She has been working fine in advance of this for a barn that can get them ready on occasion. Thinking this one might be ready to roll first out at a playable price.
#2 Away to Return	Another debuter with a claim on the top spot, she'll go for a sharp barn while meeting a modest enough bunch for the level.
#6 Ollie's Gold	This filly goes first off the claim, and she only showed brief pace before mostly folding up in the debut run for Wesley Ward. Blinkers on with a bullet work while protected on the hike? I'm a little interested.
Race Summary	Beyond Proper and Away to Return both make their career debuts in this spot, but Beyond Proper might offer a slightly better price on the board for the Block barn.

Arlington - Race #7

#7 Antalya	She's a pretty reliable finisher in a spot with a couple of speedy types signed on, and she may be able to get the last run on this group.
#9 Northern Alliance	She didn't get much pace help when up against it off the bench at Indiana Grand, but she has some upside in this second start off the break. Overbet?
#6 Eye on the Finish	Thought about giving this one a price call on top, and I'd certainly want her on my multi-race plays. Her recent form isn't much, but there is at least a mild chance all the pace comes back and this one clunks up for a big share at a price.
Race Summary	Antalya is a reliable finishing type, and she might be able to turn the tables on Northern Alliance from that meeting last out in Indiana. Guessing we get a better price today, too.

Arlington - Race #8

#12 Chatter Box	I'll take a swing here as this guy gets back around two turns on the turf where he did good work last year. He didn't earn big figures, but those 2yo turf routes often don't, and he might be a potential upsetter at a price.
#2 King of Miami	He has some positional pace to put to use with these, and that comeback with Lasix and blinkers was pretty solid when graduating.
#9 Fort Moultrie	He has flashed a little talent in a couple of those starts, and the turf debut last out went pretty well when staying on for third after tracking the splits. The right kind of run should be there again.
Race Summary	Chatter Box gets back around two turns after a couple of sprint races to open his 3yo season, and he produced a 3:1-2-0 record routing in his 2yo campaign. #8 Richiesgotgame can be tough at an underlaid price, too.

RINGS OF SATURN - Matias rode this animal for the initial time last time out and comes right back today. Matias and Cooper perform well when they combine forces. It's hard to beat a +165 ROI for a jock and handler. The latest figure of 74 is the best last race fig in the group. BESTIO - I like the fact that this first time starter's recent works have been over this track. Wright is giving this one Lasix for the first time. Nice.

Vulnerable Contenders: #6 AMERICAN BUDDHA (ML=3/1), #1 ALPINE HYPNOSIS (ML=4/1), #3 HARBOR OUTLAW (ML=6/1),

AMERICAN BUDDHA - Hasn't finished in the money in any short distance events recently. Not probable to see him doing it this time either. ALPINE HYPNOSIS - This gelding hasn't had any recent good results in sprint races. No picnic to bet on him in this affair. Hard to bet this one from the one post. His history is telling you not to. HARBOR OUTLAW - This gelding registered a rating in his last clash which likely isn't good enough in today's event.

Trainer, Cuttino, has been deliberate with this filly off the layoff. Look for a solid effort today. SONDE AFFAIR - When this rider and trainer join forces you have to take a look. Thorpe and Reynolds have been fantastic together.

TIZBIT - Hasn't raced or had any morning blow outs since May 13th. Not much value on this chalk horse. I think about TARTAN THE BULL here. He has been racing solidly recently while recording very solid Equibase Speed Figs. Earned a strong speed figure in the latest race. WORBOTHOR - This gelding must be carefully examined just off the earnings per start in dirt sprint contests alone. He has been running very well as of late while recording strong speed figures. CUTLER - This gelding has a very good win percentage in dirt sprint races. Ran a solid last race.
