Can't make this a bigger play simply because of the price. It's actually an overlay in terms of value as Colorado shouldn't be this big a dog against any team on the numbers. But the situation clearly points to the Golden Knights. The obvious is they've won three straight and have massive momentum. The not so obvious is that this Avalanche team could be mentally fried after what can only be termed as a disastrous Game Five. The Avs got a gift goal right at the end of the first period, and led 2-0 after two periods. That lead vanished in the first five minutes of the third period and Fleury was brilliant in goal the rest of the way for Vegas. As good as Grubauer has been all season for Colorado, he's the shakier of the two goalies right now. I also thought the Avs made a grave mistake breaking up the MacKinnon line. Panic move by the coach and it didn't work. I think the Golden Knights close it out here but at the price will only go low risk in Game Six.
