The Athletics need a victory to win the series against their American League West rivals and keep pace with first-place Houston. With how bad Foltynewicz has been of late and the serviceability of Oakland RHP James Kaprielian, I am all over the Athletics. They'll win by multiple runs again. Take Oakland -1.5 runs at -105.

They responded with a 5-0 rout on Tuesday, and with RHP Brandon Woodruff on the mound for the rubber game, I'll take Milwaukee to again win by multiple runs and avoid any embarrassment. The Diamondbacks should struggle mightily against Woodruff, who has the third best wOBA of any pitcher that has faced 150-plus batters. Take Milwaukee -1.5 runs at -120.

ANALYSIS: This spread has just popped up to 8 at William Hill Sportsbook, so let's take it now as I doubt it gets higher. Atlanta is listing both Bogdan Bogdanovic and Cam Reddish as questionable. Bogdan had the same listing Sunday in Game 7 vs. Philly and played. I'm sure he will here. Reddish has been out since late February but has been medically cleared and practicing. I'd guess he plays too -- albeit obviously quite limited minutes. I'm with Mike Barner as I expect the Bucks to win, but this spread feels a handful of points too high. Atlanta is 4-1 ATS in its past five on the road.

ANALYSIS: Why is Seattle a home underdog to a team that's 5-28 on the road? No clue. Colorado has been a bit better vs. lefties this year and faces southpaw Justus Sheffield (5-6, 5.65), who has you can see hasn't been great. But the Rockies' German Marquez is 0-5 with a 5.74 road ERA. The M's have won five straight at home and are 15-3 when playing in front of at least 9,000 fans at T-Mobile Park this season. I'm just assuming there will be at least 10K there today.
