    NCAA-F | Oregon vs Utah
    Play on: OVER 57½ -109

Your Friday Night FREE PICK is on the OVER between Oregon and Utah in the PAC 12 Championship Game. We saw Utah roll to an easy win a couple weeks. I still think the Utes put up around 40 here. I also think the Ducks can muster in the 20s. Their defense isn't all that great. They could slow down Utah when they were alive for a playoff spot. Doubt it comes to life tonight. Won't be shocked to see this one end up closer to 70 then to 55. Take the OVER tonight.

        NHL | Devils vs Jets
Play on: Devils +170 at William Hill

NHL - Free Pick New Jersey Devils Money Line +170 @ Winnipeg Jets @ 8:08 ET - If you do not score you can not win in the NHL. That said, while the Devils have certainly had some problems of their own there is just no justification in my opinion that Winnipeg can be a -200 favorite here. The Jets have lost 6 of their last 7 games and have averaged scoring only 0.8 goals per game in those 6 defeats. Are you kidding me? Winnipeg just can't find the back of the net of late and that starts to get into players' heads after awhile. That said, until the Jets prove they can snap out of this funk they are worth fading in a spot like this. At least consider the Devils as a big money line dog here. New Jersey, even though they have been struggling too, is at least scoring better than Winnipeg. The Devils have averaged 3.1 goals per game in their last dozen games and five of those dozen were wins. They are worth a look here. Free Pick NEW JERSEY +170

          NBA | Pelicans vs Mavs
Play on: Pelicans +7½ -106 at pinnacle

Jack's Free Pick Friday: New Orleans Pelicans +7.5
I like the spot for the New Orleans Pelicans tonight. They will be out for revenge from a 107-139 home loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. This is a home-and-home situation so now the Pelicans will get their shot at revenge in Dallas just two days later.
New Orleans had gone 3-1 SU & 3-1 ATS in its previous four games prior to that blowout loss to Dallas. The beat the Wizards by 25 as 4-point home dogs, upset the Jazz as 13.5-point road dogs and upset the Clippers by 19 as 7-point road dogs. They simply had a letdown off that win over the Clippers.
Look for the Pelicans to come back fully focused tonight and the more motivated team. The Mavericks haven't had many blowout wins in their favor of late, so it was an aberration. They are still just 2-5 SU in their last seven games overall with that win over the Pelicans, plus an overtime victory over the Clippers after losing to them two days prior. The Mavericks were upset by both the Wizards and Cavaliers in their last two home games.
Dallas is 1-9 ATS in its last 10 home games after losing four or five of its last six games coming in. The Mavericks are 3-12 ATS in their last 15 games as home favorites of 6.5 to 12 points. Dallas is 3-10 ATS in its last 13 home games overall. The Mavericks are 17-35 ATS in their last 52 games vs. a team with a losing record. Bet the Pelicans Friday.

                        NBA | Suns vs Warriors
Play on: Warriors -7 -110 at pinnacle

My free play is on the GS Warriors at 10:10 ET.
The Suns beat the Warriors 104-96 Tuesday night in Phoenix, matching a franchise high of 17 straight wins. The Suns then beat the Pistons 114-103 last night in Phoenix, a victory that not only gave them a franchise-record 18-game winning streak but one which enabled them to move to 19-3 on the season, a half-game ahead of the 18-3 Warriors for the Western Conference's best record.
Booker (23.2-4.9-4.5) was hurt in the Tuesday win over the Warriors and remains out for this one. However, this Phoenix team is deep and it showed in last night's win, as the Suns got double-figure scoring from SEVEN players, including three reserves. Johnson and Payne each had 19 points off the bench, while center Ayton (16.1 & 11.5) had 17 & 12 (now 11 double-doubles in his last 13 games) and PG Paul (14.4 & 10.2 APG) added 12 points and 12 assists.
The Suns pretty much shut down Curry (27.8-5.3-6.6) in Tuesday's game, as he shot 4 of 21 from the floor, scoring just 12 points. Wiggins (18.6 & 4.5), Golden St's second-leading scorer, was held to just 10 points (4 of 12 shooting), with only Poole (18.5) playing well by scoring 28 points. History tells us that the Suns' have done a great job recently against Curry, as he has averaged just 18.7 points and shot just 36-for-111 (32 percent) in his last six games against Phoenix.
That said, history also tells us that the Warriors are 11-1 SU at home this season, going a MONEY-MAKING 9-2-1 ATS. The Warriors haven't played since Tuesday, while the Suns played last night. In this quick turnaround "revenge" situation, I'm laying the points.
                        Good luck...Larry

Play on: Warriors -6½ -110 at Mirage

My selection is on Golden State minus the points over Phoenix at 10:10 pm et on Friday.
This rematch would have been a whole lot more intriguing if Devin Booker were healthy but nevertheless I look for the Warriors to roll after dropping the front half of this home-and-home by eight points on Tuesday night. Golden State essentially waved the white flag in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter in that game on Tuesday. The Warriors have been idle since while the Suns kept rolling with a double-digit win over the Pistons last night. Phoenix shot a blistering 54% from the field and knocked down 12-of-21 (57%) of its three-point attempts in that cakewalk win over Detroit. This is where its long winning streak ends, however. The straight-up winner has gone a perfect 17-0 ATS in the Warriors last 17 games and 19-2 ATS overall this season. Golden State is incredibly positioned to bounce back here after setting season-worst marks in terms of both FG% (41.9%) and FG% allowed (49.4%) on Tuesday night. The fact that those are season-worst marks says a lot about just how well the Warriors have played this season. Note that the Warriors are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 home games off a loss, outscoring opponents by an average margin of 12 points in that situation. Take Golden State.
