Scott "The Bulldog" Rickenbach NHL Free Pick Vancouver Canucks +145 @ St Louis Blues @ 7:35 ET - Game with a lot of importance in the playoff race and features a pair of struggling teams. However, the big keys here are that the Blues are allowing a too many goals and that is not the case for the Canucks plus the fact that Vancouver is a sizable underdog. Considering those factors, there is plenty of value here on the road dog to make the Canucks worth a look in this one. St Louis is off a 7-2 home loss to Carolina and has lost 5 of 6 games. The Blues have allowed an average of 4 goals last 7 games. Vancouver enter this one off a 4-1 win at Dallas and, though that makes them only 3-6 last 9 games, the Canucks have allowed an average of only 2 goals last 8 games! Big difference between these two teams lately in terms of the goals allowed department! The road dog absolutely worth a look here. Free Pick VANCOUVER +145
My selection is on St. Louis over Vancouver at 7:35 pm et on Monday.
The Blues are running out of time to turn things around and without question, this is a critical game on Monday night at home against Vancouver. The Blues have lost two straight and five of their last six games overall. Meanwhile, Vancouver checks in off a 4-1 win in Dallas on Saturday. However, the Canucks have been extremely inconsistent, failing to win consecutive games since the second week of March. Despite their recent struggles, the Blues remain 20-13 on home ice this season, outscoring opponents by an average margin of 0.9 goals. After getting embarrassed 5-2 against Philadelphia and 7-2 against Carolina to open this homestand, I look for St. Louis to deliver a much-needed victory on Monday. Take St. Louis.

Boston @ Toronto (7:40 PM EST)
Play On: Toronto -4
The Boston Celtics travel to Toronto to take on the Raptors on Monday night. Boston is 47-28 SU overall this year while Toronto comes in with a 42-32 SU overall record on the season. Boston is 16-35-1 ATS last 52 games after a SU win of more than 10 points. Boston is 4-11 ATS last 15 games after scoring 125 points or more. Boston is 1-5 ATS last 6 games when playing with no rest. Toronto is 4-0 ATS last 4 games after a SU win of more than 10 points. Toronto is 9-1 ATS last 10 home games against a team with a winning road record. Toronto is 5-1 ATS last 6 games as a favorite. Toronto is 23-7 ATS last 30 games against a team with a winning record. We'll recommend a small play on Toronto tonight! Thanks and good luck, Rocky

NBA | Warriors vs Grizzlies
Play on: Grizzlies -10 -110 at SC Consensus
Jack's Free Pick Monday: Memphis Grizzlies -10
The Memphis Grizzlies are now 17-2 without Ja Morant this season. They are 4-0 SU & 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall with four straight wins by double-digits over the Rockets by 24, the Nets by 12, the Pacers by 30 and the Bucks by 25.
Now they host a reeling Golden State Warriors team that is 1-5 SU & 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall. This is a terrible spot for the Warriors as well playing the 2nd of a back-to-back and their 5th road game in 7 days following a 115-123 upset loss in Washington Sunday.
The Warriors are without Stephen Curry, which is the biggest reason for their struggles. But they will also be without Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Otto Porter Jr. tonight due to rest. I can't see them keeping this game competitive with Memphis considering all they are missing and this tough travel/rest spot.
Memphis is 14-3 ATS in its last 17 home games. The Grizzlies are 39-17 ATS in their last 56 games overall. Bet the Grizzlies Monday.
