Monday NBA Free play. My selection is on the 'under' between Utah and Dallas at 8:30 pm et on Monday.
We won with the 'under' in Game 1 of this series on Saturday and while a bit of an adjustment to the total has been made, I'm still not convinced it will be enough. Note that the Jazz have knocked down just 35, 37 and 36 field goals over their last three games. You would have to go back five games to find the last time they hoisted up more than 88 field goals in a game. On the flip side, Utah is locked-in defensively right now, limiting four of its last five opponents to fewer than 40 made field goals. We saw just how ugly things can be for the Mavericks offense without Luka Doncic in the lineup on Saturday as they made good on just 29 field goals in a 93-point effort. They've had a tough enough time just getting shots off lately, attempting 80 or fewer field goals in five of their last six games. The good news is, their defense can be elite at times, and as I noted on Saturday, Luka's absence doesn't really cause harm at that end of the floor. Note that Dallas has held three of its last four opponents to 83 or fewer FG attempts. Take the under.

MLB | Phillies vs Rockies
Play on: Rockies +150 at circa
This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES for our Monday Free Play. Philadelphia is coming off a 3-1 series loss against Miami over the weekend and they Phillies have dropped five of their last six games following a 3-1 start. Pitching has been a big letdown as they are allowing 5.28 rpg which is No. 27 in the league and their .733 OPS allowed is No. 23 in MLB. This is not an ideal spot to get back into the win column as they remain on the road against a potent offense in one of the less pitcher friendly parks in the game. Aaron Nola has gotten off to a rough opening as he is 0-2 in quality starts while posting a 6.75 ERA and this will be his first road start of the season where he has a career 4.27 ERA which is over one rpg more than his career home ERA. The Phillies are 1-7 in their last eight games against teams with a winning record. Colorado is off to a 6-3 start as they are coming off a series split with the Cubs to move to 4-3 at home. The Rockies offense is coming off a decent series and overall, they are ranked No. 8 in runs scored and No. in both batting average and OPS. On the other side, the pitching is allowing over one run less per game than the Phillies which is even more impressive considering that they have played just two road games so far this season. Chad Kuhl is making his second start of the season and his first was pretty average as he allowed one run on two hits but lasted just 4.1 innings. The Rockies are 21-5 in their last 26 home games against teams with a losing record. Play (908) Colorado Rockies

MLB | Phillies vs Rockies
Play on: Phillies -158 at Ace
My free play is on the Phi Phillies at 8:40 ET.
Colorado has made the postseason in just TWO of the last 12 years and entered the 2022 season off three straight losing seasons in which the team went 171-212 (.446). Philadelphia knows more than a little about not playing postseason baseball as well, as the Phillies have failed to make the playoffs in each of the last 10 years! The Phillies are off to a 4-6 start, while the Rockies have started 6-3, as the teams begin a three-game series tonight in Coors Field. Aaron Nola (1-1, 6.75) will start for Philly and Chad Kuhl (0-0, 2.08 ERA) for Colorado.
Nola was the Opening Day starter for the Phillies and got the decision in a 9-5 win over Oakland (6 IP / 4 ERs). He then took the loss against the New York Mets on Wednesday (9-6), lasting just 3.1 innings in allowing three ERs. Kuhl is making his second start since signing a one-year deal with Colorado last month. He allowed one run in 4.1 innings at Texas on Tuesday, settling for a no-decision in a 4-1 Colorado victory. Kuhl has yet to lose to the Rockies, going 4-0 with a 3.35 ERA in six career starts (Phillies are 5-1), and he has pitched fairly well in Denver (three Coors Field starts he is 2-0 with a 4.12 ERA. Kuhl is 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA in five games (three starts) in his career against Philadelphia.
Kuhl has spent his first five seasons with Pittsburgh and will take the mound tonight, the owner of a 25-30 career record with an ERA of 4.42 and a WHIP of 1.42. I'm not exactly sure what Colorado saw in Kuhl that made them sign him. As for Nola, he's 68-50, with a 3.70 ERA and 1.16 WHIP. I'm taking the road favorite.
Good luck...Larry

NBA | Nuggets vs Warriors
Play on: Nuggets +7 -110 at Caesars
1 Unit FREE PLAY on Denver Nuggets +7
The Denver Nuggets should make some adjustments to limit what the Warriors can do offensively after giving up 52.4% shooting in Game 1. They were also cold from 3 themselves and shot just 31.4% while making just 11 of 35 attempts. They gave up 16 more free throw attempts to the Warriors as well and lost by 16. The Nuggets are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 road games, including 5-1 ATS in their last six games as road underdogs. The Warriors are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games as home favorites. This Game 2 will be much more competitive than Game 1. Give me the Nuggets.
