I like Kent State (-4), as they are (14-0) at home this season and they are the better team on each end of the court. Akron is also (3-6-1) ATS in their last 10 road games, as I see them struggling again in this game. Kent State is very tough to beat, as they are scoring the 94th most points per game. But, they get the job done on defense as well. According to KenPom, they have the 24th lowest adjusted defensive efficiency rating. They won’t allow Akron to consistently score throughout this game, which will allow them to pull away. Pick the Kent State Golden Flashes and lay the points (-4).

I’m going to stick with the Dayton Flyers (-1), as they have finished the regular season strong and they’re going to stay hot in this one. They’re (7-3) in their last 10. Dayton also dominated Saint Louis the first time that these two teams played this season. Yes, they were at home, but this spread is still wrong in my opinion. After what they did to Saint Louis earlier in the season, Dayton should be a larger favorite.

Dayton is also elite on the defensive end of the court, as they are holding their opponents to the 12th least amount of points and the 10th lowest shooting percentage. They will smother the Billikens and cover this spread on the road. Pick the Dayton Flyers and take the point (-1).

I like Toledo (-3.5), as they are (10-0) in their last 10 games and they are also (9-3) on the road this season. They are extremely tough to beat and they have the offensive advantage in this game. They will continue to score, as Ball State isn’t good enough defensively to slow them down. The Cardinals are allowing the 199th least amount of points per game and their perimeter defense has lacked. Toledo is going to make it rain from deep and cover this spread on the road. Pick the Toledo Rockets and lay the points (-3.5) on the road.
Seattle Kraken vs. Columbus Blue Jackets Over 6.5

I’m going to get bold with this one and take the over (6.5) goals. I don’t love today’s NHL slate of games, but I know the Kraken have a great chance to score a lot of goals and they’ve continued to struggle on the defensive end of the ice. Seattle is scoring the sixth most goals per game and the Blue Jackets are allowing the 30th most goals. The Kraken will score the majority of the goals that we need to push this total over the number. But, they are also allowing the 17th most goals per game. I think the Blue Jackets are going to show up at home and score just enough goals to push this total over the number. Take the over (6.5) and expect offenses to show up in this one.
