I think FLORA is a formidable choice. Has formidable Equibase Class Figures relative to this group of animals - worth a look. Her 52 average has this filly with among the best speed figures in here. The big drop in class can only help this entrant today. CUP OF LIFE - Gonzalez will almost certainly be able to get this filly to break out early in this race. Has to be given a chance - I like the figures from the last outing. BET ON DRAMA - This mare is coming back in next to no time to race. This is a play on the HOFSTRA PRIDE for our Tuesday Free Play. Rutgers was arguably the most noteworthy omission from the NCAA Tournament as the Scarlet Knights finished the season No. 35 in the KenPom rankings and No. 40 in the NET rankings and had the best road win of any team in the NIT with a victory at Purdue. It is now time to figure out if Rutgers is motivated to be in the NIT and will be out to prove something or if the disappointment lingers. The Scarlet Knights are laying a big number and this team is not constructed to cover large spreads as they are one of the most limited teams in the country on offense. Hofstra finished tied atop the Colonial Athletic Association with Charleston and it was bounced in the conference tournament in overtime by UNC Wilmington but was given an automatic bid into the NIT which the Pride should relish in. This is a good opening matchup as their defense is one of the best in the nation along with Rutgers and a low scoring game favors the significant underdog. This is also a little brother, big brother situation as Hofstra is back near its hometown playing another nearby team from a bigger conference so there will be plenty of motivation. This is a 1* FREE PLAY on the Hornets.
Cleveland just beat the Hornets here two nights ago by a score of 114-108. Charlotte was a ten-point dog in that one, and is getting less points here in the second game of the head-to-head matchup, but I still think the home side can get the job done again for bettors.
If you believe in "trap" games, then this one sets up as a bit of a "trap" I think for Cleveland. The Cavaliers have won four of their last five, but they have a big game at home tomorrow night vs. Philadelphia, which sits second in the East.
Letdown + look-ahead = trap game.
I think Charlotte plays hard once again here and, at the very least, comfortably covers once again with the points.
Consider the HORNETS.

The Toronto Raptors want revenge from a 113-118 road loss at Denver on March 6th just over a week ago. They blew a 6-point lead in the final 2:20 and it was a very chippy game down the stretch. I like their chances of getting revenge at home this time around.
Normally I don't like backing NBA teams in that first home game back from an extended road trip. There's distractions to deal with back at home and it tends to be a flat spot. However, that is negated here by the fact that the Raptors have had the last three days off following their five-game trip. They are rested, refocused and ready to go tonight.
The Nuggets are just going through the motions right now with a 4.5-game lead over the Memphis Grizzlies, who are playing without JA Morant and others. They are 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall with that non-cover against Toronto, a 21-point home loss to Chicago as a 9-point favorite, an 8-point road loss at San Antonio as a 13-point favorite and an upset home loss to Brooklyn as a 9-point favorite. They just cannot be trusted right now.
The Raptors are happy to be back home where they are 6-1 SU in their last seven home games. Toronto is 4-0 ATS in its last four games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. We'll get an inspired effort from the Raptors tonight, and it should be enough to get the win and cover. Bet the Raptors Tuesday.
