This is a play on the WASHINGTON NATIONALS+106 for our Monday Free Play. Washington snapped a five-game losing streak with a 2-1 win over the Brewers on Sunday in 11 innings. It was not a great roadtrip and while the Nationals have not been great at home overall, they are 18-11 over their last 29 home games and going back to early-July, the Nationals are 32-29 over their last 61 games and on the season, +21.2 units. Chicago comes in as a favorite on the road, which should not be the case. The White Sox were shutout 4-0 on Sunday and have now lost seven of their last nine games with most of those losses coming at home. Chicago comes in with a 27-48 record on the road. Mike Clevinger has been pitching well of late which is the reason for the favorite role. He has allowed three runs or less in 12 of his last 14 starts dating back to May with a couple of injury stints in-between there but the wins have not been coming including the road where the White Sox are 4-6. Joan Adon has made seven starts since entering the rotation, some good and some bad. He has allowed three runs or less in four of those and while he is coming off a start where he allowed four runs, in the two previous times he allowed four or more runs, he has followed those up with great bounce backs, allowing only two runs in 11 combined innings.
