The Phoenix Suns just aren't a team I trust without their best player in Devin Booker. There is a chance Bradley Beal makes his Phoenix debut tonight, but even if he does he'll be on a minutes restriction and won't be that effective. I'll gladly fade the Suns here against a fully healthy Chicago Bulls team coming off one of their most complete performances of the season.

The Bulls ended a three-game skid with a 130-113 home win over the Utah Jazz last time out. They had tough road games at Denver and at Dallas prior to that, plus a 2-point home loss to the upstart Nets, who have covered every game this season and are undervalued.

The Suns had lost three straight prior to beating the short-handed Pistons on the road last time out. They lost by 12 at Philadelphia and to the San Antonio Spurs twice, including an 11-point home loss in the 2nd meeting when you would have expected them to want to avenge that first loss. The Spurs went on to lose at home to the Raptors and by 41 at Indiana.

Phoenix is 5-20 ATS in its last 25 road games after going over the total in its previous game. Chicago is 36-21 ATS in its last 57 games as a home favorite. Frank Vogel is 12-26 ATS in road games following a road win by 10 points or more as a head coach. Bet the Bulls Wednesday.
