TIPSY MONI is the clear stand out wager in the eyes of the knowledge group. Many bettors know speed is is key. This solid standardbred has credentials with a 85 avg statistic. Been competing with some tougher customers of late, has a distinct class advantage. (Average Rating 84). The handicapping group noted a clear-cut effort out of this interesting entrant last time. Hoping for a repeat of that to end up in the winner's circle. SHOPPING IN PARIS - Take a good look at making this horse your win play based on high win clip alone. Some trainers just fit better with certain interesting entrants. That seems to be the case today with Lorentzon. A good wager. FIVE FISH SPECIES - Can't overlook based on speed ratings which have been terrific (82 avg) within the recent past. Could best this pack, just look at the TrackMaster speed fig - 78 - from her last performance.

Mahoning Valley - Race #3

#3 Seeking Freedom	He has some tables to turn out of that last one, but I like that the recent form seems to be improving and holding in that direction, so I'm hoping he's got another slight move forward in him today.
#6 Counteveryblessing	Any reasonable upside off the solid debut would make him a player in this spot, and he should be in line for another great trip while spying the speed. Lots to like second out.
#7 Justa Little Moore	The hit-or-miss form leaves a little to be desired, especially if we aren't sure exactly who is showing up today at what is probably a modest enough price, but I guess something like the last keeps him in the picture. Not a ton of enthusiasm for me here with this win contender.
Race Summary	Seeking Freedom has put together a couple decent efforts in a row now, and I would love to see a couple of the cheaper types who can't stay late do battle early to set things up.

Mahoning Valley - Race #7

#8 Who Da Boss	He's rising to try winners for the first time while meeting a lot of them who are bringing really flat form from recent stakes tries, so in a spot full of question marks for me, I'll see if this guy can turn in an aggressive prompting trip from out here.
#4 Social History	Not many in here who have shown they can pass horses, so even those very mild efforts to run past some in the past have a little bit of appeal. Might get towed into it?
#3 Scrimper	He was only sent to post at 10/1 before running up the track in that route stakes try last out, but he's surely a better fit while turning back on the drop. Slight worry about his style.
Race Summary	Who Da Boss has some pace and a good outside draw to use it today. Not sure what he's made of on class, but I think an aggressive ride from out here might leave him in a spot to make life tough for the other pace players drawn further inside. Would probably want something a touch better than the 3/1 ML offering, but not totally sure we're getting it.

Mahoning Valley - Race #8

#9 Need to Know Basis	There are a lot of nice route tries on his page, and he landed a couple of non-threatening stakes placings in his only two previous local tries. Ohio-bred has some appeal.
#7 Vail of Honor	He gets his best chance if the few potential pace players all need the lead and hook up early, and his last suggested he's probably a decent enough fit while stepping into allowance company with the locals.
#1 Auld Lange Syne	He has a bit of ability if he doesn't get the front end, and that gives his rider a couple options from the inside stall with a couple more committed pace players drawn further out. In the mix.
Race Summary	Need to Know Basis ran well here in a couple starts last season, and he's better than what he showed last out when flat at 7/5. Think he might trip out here.

Race Summary	KAZ SWEET HEIST unwound too late with a mid-track rush at 6F as the favorite. She steps up in class and has a two-turn route victory at Monmouth Park this year to call upon. Bet to win and place and play a 1-2-5 exacta box.
