This game is part of the Vegas Showdown Tournament. The Commodores are 3-1 and are off a 75-71 home win over Central Arkansas. The Wolfpack are 3-0, most recently off an 87-53 win over Charleston Southern. Vandy so far is averaging 71.2 PPG, while allowing 69, while NC State is averaging 81 and conceding just 58.7. Of course, we have to take each team's early numbers with a grain of salt due to the level of the competition. There's no question that this is the Commodores stiffest test so far this season, but the same can also be said for the Wolfpack. We think that Vandy is definitely worthy of a second look here on Thursday night!
