I have to believe that this shorter distance should help this colt. Just view his most recent speed fig, 77. That one fits in this field. IN A MINUTE - Taking a trip down the class scale; has the class ability to make his presence felt. This colt is utmost in earnings per race. Take a long look at this thoroughbred in the saddling ring. The addition of blinks usually means that a trainer wants a horse to show more early speed or to keep his attention focused.

Could be an overlay right here in this race at morning line odds of 15/1. Finished fifth in last race at Golden Gate Fields but was close at the end. LIMITED HEATWAVE - Faced tougher last time around the track at Golden Gate Fields. Based on Equibase class ratings, this is a weaker group, so I will put this one on my list of strong contenders. WORKDAY - Faced tougher last out at Del Mar. Based on Equibase class ratings, this is a weaker field, so I will put this horse on my list of contenders in this race. Last race out on the grass, this animal was strong. Anything close in this field, and this one should win. I like this colt. Has the highest earnings per race in today's event. Just see his last rating, 86. That one fits well in this group.

Almost always finishes second or third. Most unsatisfactory rating in the last race at Golden Gate Fields at 1 mile. Don't think this less than sharp equine will improve too much today.
