SONOFASHIP - Graham is back for another contest today after getting on board this horse for the first ride on November 25th and ought to know the ropes to this one a little better. Don't look any further. This pony has my dough. Way too much pace. Ran a winning race Nov 25th, but just couldn't catch the victor. This animal has the class to win the race. A tactical ride by Graham, and this one could bound home the winner. PASS ON NOTHING - This jock and conditioner have a high win percentage together. It looks like Rodriguez had to learn all about this gelding on November 17th when riding him for the initial time. Back atop again today. Sub-par outing last time out at Fair Grounds was due to the off-going (he finished fourth). I'd expect a better race in this race under normal track conditions. Look for this one to go all the way home at some pretty decent odds right here. Ran fourth in last race, but not more than five from the lead at the wire.

GENERAL BATTLE AXE - Could best this field based on the speed rating - 74 - of his last affair. He has garnered very strong figures under today's conditions and should fare well against this group of horses.

Stalk the leaders, and make a bold move on the turn. Recent speed ratings show powerful pattern of improvement. NAUVOO - Gelding's last work was second fastest of the day for the distance. I think the shorter distance will help this gelding stay the trip. Was in a $25,000 Claiming race at Del Mar last time out. That event had a class figure of 98 and he is moving down in this field. A certain strong challenger.
