The Nationals are just 6-22 in Lannan's last 28 starts, 0-5 in his last 5 starts as a road underdog, 3-13 in his last 16 road starts overall, and 3-18 in his last 21 starts following a Quality Start in his last appearance. Davis has a solid 3.52 ERA on the season and has always been strong at home. In fact, the Diamondbacks are 11-3 in Davis' last 14 starts as a home favorite of -110 to -150. Play on Cleveland at 8:05 ET. They might as well just ca~ll this series off now. Atlanta, already humiliated in both Games 1 and 2, will now be without All-Star G Joe Johnson and you might as well kiss their chances goodbye. Cleveland is off to a perfect 6-0 SU/ATS start to the postseason and normally we would look to start fading such a team, particularly as an eight-point road favorite, but not here when the matchups and advantages are one sided. Atlanta has already set a playoff record with four 20+ Point losses in one postseason. Their average margin of defeat is at 24 PPG. Cleveland is holding foes under 80 PPG and with the way LeBron James is playing, that means the Hawks have no shot. Cavs are 14-4 ATS off a cover as a DD favorite, 9-0 ATS off four straight double-digit wins and 18-1 ATS if they lead each of their previous three games by at least five points at the half. Take Cleveland.

ASA MLB TOP GAME - Josh Johnson is an emerging ace in the National League but he has not proven nearly as effective in his road starts. Johnson has allowed nine runs in just 12 innings in two road starts this season and this will be his first appearance in a dangerous Coor’s Field. Florida managed to win last night’s game in Colorado but the Marlins are just 4-13 in the last 17 games after a hot first two weeks of the season. Despite being two games over .500 the Marlins have been outscored on the season and in contrast Colorado has outscored opponents despite an 11-17 record on the year.

After a marginal opening start of the season Jorge De La Rosa has made four consecutive solid starts, allowing six or fewer hits and three or fewer earned runs in each outing. He will face a Marlins lineup that is hitting .238 on the season against left-handed pitching and only .216 over the past ten games. Colorado’s offense has been much more consistently productive and after starting the year 5-11 the Rockies have been playing better overall ball of late. The Rockies have not lost three consecutive home games all season so this will be a key game to get back on track after back-to-back losses to San Francisco and Florida.

At first glance Johnson appears to have the superior numbers but over the last three starts Johnson has allowed 20 hits while De La Rosa has allowed just 12. Colorado’s bullpen has also posted excellent numbers of late after a poor opening stretch of the season. Over the last ten games the Rockies are featuring a 3.31 ERA overall for the pitching staff including 2.97 for the bullpen. Colorado won three of four at home against Florida last season and this is great value on the Rockies as a home underdog as Colorado is a much better team than the early record indicates
