double-dime bet 595 Southern California -1.0 (-110) Bodog vs 596 Oregon
Analysis:
Pac-10 GOM play
I've backed this USC ballclub four times this season--and have prevailed in 3 of the 4--including last weeks Pac-10 GOW Play that was a WINNER for us. USC has had Oregon's number the last several games-including (4-0 SU & ATS L/4) games--including last seasons (83-62) beatdown at Oregon. This USC team just plays GREAT defense & they have a couple of great leaders in Gerrity, Lewis and Johnson. This team continues to battle, even with the NCAA sanctions that have been delivered to this ballclub. I really like that Oregon is coming off a win in their last game--as they beat UCLA at the Pit on Thursday. That broke a 5 game losing streak for the Ducks & broke a 3 game conference losing streak AT HOME--as the†y lost to Oregon St. (64-57)--Arizona (74-60)--& Arizona St. (76-57) prior to the win over UCLA club that is in a down year. I also like that USC is coming off a loss-as they lost AT Oregon St. by 6 pts on Thursday & this game sets up just like I was hoping--Oregon off a win & USC coming off a loss. The Ducks are (1-7 ATS L/8) games as a home underdog of 0.5-6.5- & the road team is 10-3 ATS in the last 13 meetings between these clubs. USC is (4-1 ATS L/5) ROAD games vs a team with a home win% of .600 or greater. Oregon lacks consistency on both ends of the court and CLEARLY USC is the much better defensive team & coming off that loss to Oregon St.-I look for a very motivated USC club on both ends of the floor tonight. Im just NOT sold on this Oregon team & I look for the smothering USC defense to lead the way for the Trojans today. Lay the point with the Trojans here & look for a 6-8 point win guys
