The Indians, for whatever reason, have dominated the White Sox as of late. Both teams are not playing well this year, but Danks is a much better pitcher then Masterson and Chicago needs a big win to avoid being swept. Let's go with the better starting pitcher in Danks with two evenly-matched offenses. Take the White Sox
Joe Saunders has gotten into rhythm with a 0.81 ERA over his last 3 starts. He'll be difficult to hit for a Blue Jays' lineup batting just .213 on the road vs lefties. The Blue Jays have lost 11 of their last 16 against lefty starters. The Angels are 11-3 as a small home favorite with Saunders, and they're 27-9 in Game 1 of a series with Saunders. We'll look for the Angels' lineup to get the best of Brett Cecil who is expending a lot of pitches to get through innings. Over his last 3 starts his WHIP has ballooned to 2.05 with a lofty 8.56 ERA. With increased pressure on the Toronto bullpen, we'll look for LA to knock Toronto around here
