NFL Monday night Game of the Month headlines with a RARE Perfect System. There is a 5* College hoops Court Crusher and a Triple Perfect NBA Side. Comp Play below
The Monday College Hoops Comp play is OVER 153 in the VMI at Pittsburgh game at 7 eastern. This figures to be a higher scoring game as both teams plays fast. The Panthers are 4-0 putting up 83+ points in each game. The Virginia Military Keydets are off to a 4-1 start and are averaging 85 points per game. VMI is ranked 129th in the Nation in defensive field goal percentage thus far. Look for this game to play over the total. Rob V-
Monday NHL Free play. My selection is on the 'under' between Colorado and Philadelphia at 7 pm ET on Monday.
Despite some concerning defensive numbers for Colorado, the under holds value in this matchup. The Avalanche rank first in the league in shots on goal allowed per game, indicating their ability to limit opponents' opportunities. However, their 30th ranking in goals allowed suggests that recent results may be skewed by unsustainable shooting percentages from their opponents. Expect some defensive corrections as Colorado adjusts on the road.
The Flyers, meanwhile, struggle to generate consistent offense, ranking tied for 24th in shots on goal per game and tied for 19th in goals per contest. Their 5-2 win over Buffalo on Saturday inflated their recent scoring figures, but late empty-net action contributed to the higher total. With Colorado likely to dominate possession and Philadelphia lacking firepower, this contest shapes up to be a low-scoring, tightly contested affair.
Take the under. Projected score: Colorado 3, Philadelphia 2.
We really like the Bulls in this matchup. This line looks mispriced when you consider that although both teams are playing on no rest, but the Bulls will be eager to bounce back with a vengeance after a humiliating 143-107 loss to Houston. Meanwhile, the Rockets could find themselves in a letdown spot following their dominant 20-point win over Washington.
The Washington Wizards head to the Mecca, Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks. Both teams will be playing the second leg of a back-to-back. Washington is 2-10 on the season after losing tot he Pistons yesterday. The Wizards have not been a good shooting team, hitting just 44% from the field, and 32.7% from deep. The Knicks are coming off a win over the Nets on Sunday. Townes may sit this game out after missing Friday’s game but he did play last night. Even so, without him the Knicks have more than enough talent to take down the Wizards. The Wizards are near the bottom in three point shooting while the Knick are in the top five. Take the Knicks to cover in this one.
I'm backing the Cowboys as a 7-point home dog against the Texans on Monday Night Football. There's not a lot of positives going with Dallas right now, but this is a big number for them to be catching at home in a prime time game. Houston is jut 5-10 ATS as a favorite under DeMeco Ryans. There are some red flags with the Texans. They have lost a lot on their defensive line to injury, which should give this Dallas offense a chance to move the ball with some consistency. As for the Cowboys defense, it showed some fight last week against a good Eagles offense and should be better going forward with Micah Parsons back. Give me the Cowboys +7!
