I back STORM MIAMI (IRE) here. May best this group of horses in this race here, showing formidable figs of late. Should be given consideration in this competition if only for the respectable Equibase speed fig recorded in the last competition. Has a strong shot for this event if you like back class. LADY GO GO - Is worth looking at and may be a wager - strong Equibase Speed Figures (85 average) at today's distance and surface lately. Could beat this group of horses in this race given the 91 speed figure garnered in her last outing. GAL CAPONE - She looks solid in this slot and I expect will be on the lead or close at the halfway point.

I think HILL ROAD is a very good choice. Has to be carefully examined against this field displaying strong numbers as of late and an average Equibase Speed Figure of 98 under similar conditions. Put up a solid Equibase Speed Figure in the last race. Can run another good one in this affair. Has been running in the most competitive company of the group recently. PATCH ADAMS - Has very good Equibase Speed Figures and has to be considered for a bet in this race. Ran a solid last race. CHANCER MCPATRICK - Has been racing very well in races of this distance, going 1 out of 2 under similar conditions. The average class fig of 91 makes this one hard to beat.

ARROGANTE - Sprinters that come back to the races quickly are generally good plays. Taking a trip down the ladder based on class; has the ability to make her presence felt. Mare took a little vacation, but has been racing into shape. LASERJET - The jock/conditioner duet of Rodriguez and Antonuik has a strong ROI together. Antonuik brings her back again. I propose you stay with this strong mare.

Vulnerable Contenders: #6 O'BABE (ML=3/1), #2 FLAT DISCOUNT (ML=9/2), #8 BANNED FROM MIDWAY (ML=5/1),

O'BABE - You should normally wager against morning-line favorites that haven't raced or show no activity in the morning over the last 3 weeks. FLAT DISCOUNT - Finished first in her most recent performance with a disappointing speed figure. When I look at today's Equibase class figure, it would take an improved performance to score after that in this bunch. BANNED FROM MIDWAY - This mare finished off the board on Jan 16th and wasn't near the winner last race out either. The Brain tells me to keep away from horses in short distance affairs that haven't finished in the money in short distance contests of late. Don't think this mount will do much running in today's event. That last fig was most unsatisfactory when compared with today's class rating.

Racing admirably, earned a strong TrackMaster Speed Rating in her most recent competition (81). SANTA FE KAT - Talk about a dynamic duo, Grismore and Millner have some of the best driver-trainer figures at the track. Mare has one of the most favorable win pcts in the group of horses and that could be the deciding factor when they cross the wire.
