In teh unlikely case anyone is interested "The Century of the Self" is a documentary that illustrates how our society went from "citizen based" to "consumer based"... all through deliberate efforts of psychology in marketing by industry that was afraid that people might figure out they had enough stuff and stop buying more.

They call it a hoax. Do you really think some snuff footage would be on youtube where they quickly block and ban most anything to that effect? There are horror movie scenes that get pulled from youtube for being too graphic(except the one from Grotesque oddly enough).

Who calls it a hoax? I honestly don't see anything fake about it.

I agree that the pin is kind of gay.

I wonder if pin defense in X-Arm is going to kind of be like takedown defense in MMA, where we see a lot of boring pin fights for a while until they get their P3D down and then the pin becomes more rare and matches become more exciting.

Let me also say that I have to give them at least SOME kind of props for sticking with this idea. If I had been me, I'd have said fuck it and given up after the first go around.

Yeah, I recorded it and am watching it right now. Seen it before, of course.

I don't think it was a big success at the box office. That's a shame. It's awesome.

All the made-for-the-movie songs were actually really good, too.
