True, I would have never even heard of the Tour de France if not for Lance. He is a legend, but this has been brewing for a while, so not a shock to me.

I pay a little more attention because of my cycling hobby. Speaking of, I have been biking to the office lately, I am thinking of getting rid of my car entirely and just figuring out how to make it work. I did the bike trailer for groceries last week and that was easy. Keep in mind that I don't live in SLC, I live in a place where I am literally the only person commuting by bike in the mornings. I piss everyone on the road off, and I love it.

Lance doped, but I can't blame him. If I had the choice on whether to make 50 million dollars in my life and be famous, or be some unknown cyclist who had to take a crappy paying job after I retired, I'd definitely dope. I wouldn't give a hist what people thought of me now as I count my millions. No one who cheats ever has to give their earnings back.

Disregarding how dumb you have to be to stand on the side of the road while this is happening, these kids are fucking selfish assholes for doing this on public streets.

As for the crash I posted, I can see calling it fake if you've only seen movie crashes, but to me it looks all too visceral and real. What are we suggesting here? Obviously the footage is genuine; there are multiple angles. Are we really saying the car lost control on purpose in such a way as to guarantee maximum flippage and at the exact location of the planted HD camera, and also that there were dressed dummies in the car solely for the purpose of ejection? And what about all the after shots of the car and bodies in the video description; there is even a helicopter landing in the road afterwards. Plus there are numerous arabic news reports of the accident. Finally, what is the end goal, exactly? YouTube views?

There's a reason we wear seatbelts. I would consider it a grisly lesson in applied physics and the fragility of the human body.
