I actually have never been a huge Star Wars fan. I thought Empire Strikes Back and Attack of the Clones were okay. But it wouldn't shock me if I learned that I'll never watch another Star Wars movie again unless they make eps. 7, 8 and 9.

The seventh movie, with a working title of "Episode 7," is set for release in 2015. Episodes 8 and 9 will follow. The new trilogy will carry the story of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia beyond "Return of the Jedi," the third film released and the sixth in the saga. After that, Disney plans a new "Star Wars" movie every two or three years. Lucas will serve as creative consultant in the new movies.

I have mixed feelings on the Star Wars thing. On one hand, I don't want them to ruin the franchise more. On the other hand, my son will get to see new Star Wars movies in the theater like I did when I was 6 and get to be part of all the toys and cool shit that go along with star wars when you are a kid.

I disagree that that prequels "ruined the franchise." Attack of the Clones is more enjoyable to watch than A New Hope, in my opinion, and it's for DAMN sure better than Return of the Jedi.
