I just finished it. I thought it was awesome.

I saw it. I generally like man vs nature type movies... but somewhere along the way, "the Grey" just went overboard IMO. When the wolves had like a personal vendetta it just went too dumb. Could have been killer, but ended up average. so i will side with zak here and say it was ok.

If the wolves acted like real wolves then we wouldn't have had a movie. It would've been two hours of the wolves keeping their distance and the men arguing about which way they should be going.

I interpreted the wolves more as a metaphor for death itself and the way that it pursues us and, eventually, takes us all.

Even beyond any philosophizing, though, I thought a story about some bad ass fuck-your-ass-up super wolves was pretty interesting and unique.
