Munoz is a much better wrestler than Story, also he's a huge Middleweight. I see what you're saying, but Story get's taken down by lesser grapplers from the very position Maia likes to take guys down from.

That's a good point. Story loves to wrestle and strike in a standing clinch, and Maia's clinch takedowns are much better than his shots.

There is also another aspect. Story would probably be in deep shit if he took maia down. That leaves story with fewer optoins. Probaby just box, clinch, dirtybox. Maia has all the same options as well as going for the takedown. It is a close matchup.

I actually found alot of value on this card for betting. Fitch, Brandao, Maia, and to some extent Prado and Marcello. I expect Fitch to do his thing tonight and put on a low risk fight.

I think Jackson and Brandao have learned from that last fight and will be better conditioned this time around. But like any Brandao fight I think he can end it in the first round. If not for the fact that Elkins is one super tough motherfucker apparently able to withstand some truly diabolical strikes it would have been a win for Brandao there as well. That flying knee he nailed Elkins with would have caved in the skull of many a featherweight. Gambino is mostly a wrestler, but he's not especially efficient with his takedowns, I'm not ruling out Brandao's ability to submit him even if Gambino can get this to the ground.

Also, Gambino has the gayest tattoo of all time, so he'll lose based solely on that.

Of course I did not realize at that point how poorly Cantwell was going to do in the UFC.

Cane was a beast back then. I believe this fight fucked up both fighters permanently. Cane's chin was never the same..
