I think Bones would win, probably by GnP, like Svino said. I think he's just too big and long for Anderson, a guy who has already proven that while his T3D is quite good, he CAN be put on his back. And if Jones was able to take down and control Sonnen as easily as he did then he can definitely do the same to Anderson. I don't even think it's necessarily a matter of Jones being BETTER than Anderson. He just has certain physical gifts that I think Anderson--a man who fights regularly in a weight class 20 lbs below LHW and who once fought at WW--cannot overcome.

Honestly, I'd much rather see Anderson fight GSP. It's a more even matchup, in my opinion.

Silva on fighting Jones -- "There's always been a lot of talk about me moving up to 205," said Silva, who successfully has defended his title a UFC-record 10 times. "I know (UFC president) Dana (White) has talked about it and all the fans have talked about me moving up and facing Jon Jones. "But it's something I've never wanted. I won't be pretentious and say that I'd want to move up, especially because there are other guys in the weight class and on our team like Rafael Feijao (Cavalcante) and (Antonio Rogerio) Minotoro Nogueira, guys who could potentially face Jon Jones in the future. "What got me this far is that I'm grounded; my weight class is 185 and I'm 37 years old. I feel I need to be honest and continue to build what I've built and that is to keep defending my belt at 185."

Jones on fighting Silva -- It’s not that he won’t fight me or I won’t fight him. To be dead honest, it’s that we both have a lot to lose and we both respect each other a lot and we both are striving for personal greatness. I don’t want to crack on his greatness and I don’t want him cracking on my greatness. We’re in completely different weight classes. We both have sponsor deals and things that are really important to us and a big part of that sponsorship package is being a winning…being a champion. Having us fight each other means one of our championships goes away. I respect Anderson Silva so much that I don’t want to be the guy to beat him. I don’t want to lose to him either. It’s a lose-lose situation for me.

    pussies.

Now that you say that, it IS the most logical explanation.

Indeed. Some unexpectedly honest answers there. I'm not sure I can say I really blame either guy. Although, perhaps hypocritically, I think GSP should've fought Anderson long ago.

Also: It's just not cool when one cracks on another's greatness.

    This worked out well.

Also, Vinny coaches BJJ to Chael and Chael coaches trash talk to Vinny.

"The easiest guy in the top 10"...sound familiar?
