If Jake Shields can take two rounds off GSP with his striking it wont surprise me if Diaz takes one, especially early. I'm not saying it wont win but I'd much rather lay -450 to -500 on him winning straight up than -200 that he HAS to win every round. I mean , what if GSP is up 4-0 and cruises in rd 5 while Diaz is trying to finish. Dont listen to me though, I usually have no idea what Im talkin about anyway2015 MMA BETTING CHAMP

I agree, although I'm more inclined to say "especially late" rather than "especially early". Fighters who fight cautiously to get the "W" know that they can afford to drop rounds if they have an insurmountable lead on the cards. I could easily see GSP taking the first three solidly and then giving up one of the later rounds through passiveness.Comment

I think generally the favorites get more favoritey closer to the fight... there are exceptions of course, but usually the line gets worse when everyone favors the same guy. I won't bet against GSP until he fights Hendricks.2012: +19.33

I don't know why anyone would bother with the points. If anything I would take Diaz with those points. Just take GSP by decision at the same line. There is a slim chance in hell GSP is knocking out Diaz and I really doubt he submits him. Maybe a cut stoppage.1 unit = 300 $Comment

Because if he does happen to get a stoppage you still win a points bet, whereas if you bet him by decision and he happens to catch a stoppage you lose.2013: +8.24u(increased unit size on 5/19)
