I watched Fight Club last night for the first time in a while. What's everyone's thoughts on that movie?

I feel Fight Club is overrated...I watched it for the first time last year or so...wasn't a huge fan. Maybe I expected too much.

This week I have seen:

The Call
Dead Man Down
Dark Skies
21 and Over

I liked them all but REALLY enjoyed The Call.

Like I said earlier, the older I got the more I learned to appreciate it. Get another 5 or 10 years of life experience under your belt and then revisit. You'll probably be in a better position to "get it."

Well that is just fucking CRAZY! Damn. Good for him. I definitely didn't think Crocop would be winning much of anything at this point in his career, especially not a Gran Prix. That motherfucker just won't go away.

I have to say though, not to take anything away from him, but from what I can tell K-1 is pretty much dead as an organization. Pretty much everyone I've heard of fights for Glory now. The only name I recognize of the guys he beat is Jarrell Miller, and that's just because I remember seeing him (fighting Pat Barry, I think) in a WCL video I watched a little while back and, according to the article, the decision maybe should have gone the other way there.

Yeah I got the same impression about the quality of the fighters in K1. I think K1 didn't pay a lot of people so all the best guys left. That said, he still won some fights. Thats not bad for cro cop.

Yeah, I actually heard something not too long ago about K-1 basically being on life support with a hand reaching for the plug right now. Years of terrible management have basically doomed it, with Glory trying to take its place.
