Josh Barnett fought in Strikeforce recently. Henderson and Pettis both fought in the WEC and UFC recently, they're pretty good. Clay Guida isn't so good but he wins fights, and Chad Mendes has been on a tear lately. Poirier and Koch are both pretty good strikers at 145lbs. Brandon Vera fought Shogun not long ago, but he's moving up to heavyweight again to fight Ben Rothwell, who is like the white Bob Sapp. Gleison Tibau cuts like 700lbs to make weight and Jamie Varner is on some kind of comeback, or at least that's what I read. And the rest well, you know.

Anyone else like Ryan Couture to win this one? I think he did pretty well against KJ Noons . He also won the first round against Ross Pearson. Conor Huen and Joe Duarte aren't bad fighters either. Huen is a solid wrestler himself and Pearson is a good all around fighter with solid takedown defense. Al Iaquinta was taken down and submitted in the first round against Michael Cheisa. Audinwood tapped him out too. I haven't seen that fight yet though.

I'm looking very closely at Erik's Cock. I mean Erik Koch. Think -155 might be a good line to bet. I think he is the better striker and has good enough T3D to keep Poirier from working his game.

I strongly believe Rothwell/Vera is going to go to the cards in probably a really shitty fight. However, it is Brandon Vera so he might just get KTFO by a leg kick. Can't go big on this prop since Vera has the tendency to flake out.

Chad Mendes vs Clay Guida is going the distance imo. -150 is a steal.

Josh Barnett vs Frank Mir. Gotta lean Barnett here. I'm sure he won't be scared to put Mir on his back and play submission defense. After one round of that Mir is going to be too tired to get the finish. Mir in round 1 or he won't win imo.

I like Bendo in this spot but waiting to see if his line gets to even money or better. I think the best bet on this fight is it going the distance at -140 (on 5 dimes...Svino says it's +140 on BM which is insane imo). Shitty judging might actually not be in Bendo's favor this time if Pettis can keep it close in his hometown. Bendo by decision is +180 which is worth a stab for sure though. There is no way he finishes Pettis. I have a feeling we will see Bendo win here and then rounds 11-15 in the future between these two.

As for the rest of the fights...I have to look at them if I get time. I have a feeling Cedenblad can win. Hammann is not that good at all..he is a human punching bag. He is in exciting fights because he is exciting aka fans get to watch him get the fuck beat out of him for awhile before he gets KO'd.

Whoops, I thought you were talking about RDA vs. Cerrone. That was the distance prop that was +140. (I thought that was nuts, too.)

Kochs last loss was probably affected by his layoff. Lamas is of course very talented. It should also be noted that koch probably won the first round in their fight. I cant forget hownthe korean zombie beat the crap outta poirier. I would think that poieri might have some difficulty gettiing koch down and dealing with his power standing.

Rothwell vera is a really odd fight to call. I think that rothwell is going to have a huge size and strength advantage. I mean how is he not? The dude must weigh like 260 pounds and vera is a light heavyweight. A not particularly thick one. He is more lanky. I could see him winning the striking exchanges because of that though. I just think he is going to have a lot of trouble if rothwell comes to clinch and wrestle which ya gotta think he is going to do. I am making multiple posts because it keeps getting auto deleted. I put on auto save but i dont know if that will do the trick with my ipad.
