Yeah basically. That and pushing forward. I think mendes is better than maynard. Frankly i think mendes will win but i do worry guida can steal it. I put a little on guida by decision just incase.

Hmm. I just see mendes as a better faster striker with more power. He is also a better wrester and can probably put Guida on his back, whereas Guida can't put Mendes on his back. I don't think Mendes has ever been taken down in a fight, ever.

I also have a question for you. What do you think of the Australian freestyle wrestling scene? I have a bet on a guy named Soa Palelei. He is an Australian Freestyle wrestling champion. Also a black belt in bjj.

I think there is a good chance I could make the Australian olympic team, they have never medaled in the modern era. I wouldn't put too much weight on that. He might be a fine wrestler, but I would base it off what you have seen rather than his cred as an alleged Australian champion (which probably isn't even true).

Who knows. It was supposedly back in 2000, but good luck finding any record of anything. I honestly feel that about 50% of MMA fighter's credentials from other sports are either completely fabricated or greatly exaggerated.

I wouldn't unload against Guida. He sucks but gets horrible decisions and somehow makes shit close against good fighters.

BOL c'mon, just because a team hasn't medaled doesn't mean they're not good at what they do. Very, very few countries actually medal in most sports. But they're still upper-tier; they're just not the very best in the world.
